If you are eating the standard American diet, please consider adopting a whole food plant based diet. Scientifically proven to reduce PAD.

That’s scary to me and I wish you a safe recovery! I absolutely hate the manufacturer and sale of tobacco products! I have never smoked; the smell is so offensive and the smokers cough! Smoking creates lip, mouth, throat, lung, and blood cancer as well as ruining teeth! In my large family of aunts and uncles many were smokers and of the younger generation which followed, ever single one developed respiratory, cardiac and circulatory conditions which shortened their lives by 10 -30 years and left their families brokenhearted, ❤

I have 7 dents in my legs and one in my aorta where the Y splits to go to your legs when I was 49 years old all of a sudden walking my legs would burn an ache the muscles were on fire. Finally I couldn't even walk 30 ft so I went to the doctor in tears sent me to the cardiologist where they discovered I had peripheral artery disease I had stents put in a miracle I could walk again pain free but a few years later it begun again. Went through it again they put more sense in about every 5 years

Stents get blocked and then they may have to put a stent in side of a stent. Walking and diet should be the first treatment. Whats going to happen, when they tell you, we can't put anymore stents?

Did you notice your leg turning purple after standing up for a few minutes? I had knee surgery, blood clots and now this. I see a vascular surgeon next week. So my pain I thought was from surgery, then blood clots, now I hear this cause pain too. I had a ultrasound done and I'm only getting %60 blood flow in my leg, said is dropping fast, I definitely have a blockage that needs to be fixed soon

I had a ultrasound test done on both legs last week, the test shows that it was normal,, can I still have pad disease/ and pain and weakness in my legs when up and walking, the pain subsides some when resting, can I still have pad disease?? Will the doctor do more tests to see if he can figure out what is causing the terrible pain and weakness in my legs. 😊

The main take away right here is why did the government make alcohol and cigarettes legal? It might have something to do with the fact that healthcare is really sick care and that is a profit of course just as war is. everybody needs to get right I am younger. I am dealing with this with my father who is a baby boomer and 73 will be 74 August 1! His legs are killing him and you know what I say? Despite the fact that my mother had a pill addiction to painkillers and is now deceased because she ended up getting a little nodule of cancer in her throat and was dead in a month and she didn’t even smoke cigarettes go figure… I said take some painkillers OK? These doctors get scared about getting sued OK listen your quality of life is hell! So what will be the honest and getting a prescription for the rest of your life that will be able to alleviate this agony? You mean to tell me my father has 3 to 5 years to live? this is worse than coronaria every disease. This is my father is a sick man and this is just horrible thank you government for focusing on all of the other illegal drugs, they say drugs, and alcohol! I say F you! Alcohol and cigarettes are legal, and they are drugs that kill you, and you die a terrible death! Overdoses that we end up having to witness, which is horrible and outright demonic, I am inclined to believe, do not hurt as much as the effects of drinking alcohol and smoking in the long run

Neither work very well. I've had 3 stints, 40mg statins. Pain has returned and statins nearly wiped me out....holding onto walls and furniture just to get around my home, noticed I was losing my ability to find common words to even have a conversation.
Stopped the statins and my ability to walk (around home) was normal still have bouts of not retrieving words.
