Donna, its rare to find such an incredible artisan as you who is also a dynamite teacher. As a newbie, I feel so lucky to have found you to be my teacher. So many things I'm not learning the hard way because you've already done that. 😉
I love that every time I watch one of your videos, I always pick up little tips for things that I've wondered about. Always bothers me that I get those dark spots from metallic clay. Now I know why and how to fix them!
I just had to get your book! 😊 By next month, I'll be able to travel back in time and make some of these lovely beads! ❤ (But I'll use your updated instructions!) Thankyou Donna! XxxX
I will give these a shot for sure this week , I’m new to polymer clay but your tutorials are very enjoyable and I feel pretty confident I will be able to replicate something like this. I think my littlest girl will love them too , she is autistic and the shape and colour of these beads look fantastic and sensory. Well done Donna and thank you ❤
@@DonnaKatoArt thanks Donna! I did find it pretty easy to make ( albeit looking a little bit more wonky than yours 😂) the wonkiness didn’t take from it at all though and she loved it! She was rolling it in her hands and on her leg and face , like a little massage ball! So I can say it was definitely a hit! Thanks again ❤️
Since i don’t have much leftover clay to use as stuffing, i use wooden beads (bought on Amazon) that i cover in a thin layer of liquid clay. It works great! Thank you so much for this tute, Donna. It’s great to spend a bit of time with you on Sundays.
Yaaaaaa so glad you did this video I have the book when I first started I tried so hard to do it and couldn't 😂😂😂😂😂😂 your work is so amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩 thank you
gee, i have to look at them. now it can be as simple as rolling a thin snake of white and athin snake of black, then roll and twist them together! i will look,
It's okay if spacing on a sphere isn't perfect, it's physically impossible to see a greater percentage of it than what you cant, so you won't ever see them side by side lol

Thank you, Cynthia! Thank you.
I love that sweet pink bead, too! It looks like a mine that would explode with glitter and candy and puppies and other good things😃
I love that!!! 😊❤️
😂 love this analogy!
Sunday morning trip back in time with Donna ... Life Is Good! Great to see you, Donna!😊
It sure is!❤️
As a beginner I am not ready yet for such beads but I love watching you. Thank you so much for teaching us all.
Soon, you will be ready. It does not take long!👍
It IS funny to look back on old stuff and realize what you DIDN'T know back then. I remember learning about scrap cores and veneers and saying, "Duh!"
Lol! Yes, that was some light bulb moment! So many things have been learned over the years! Hugs, D
Hi Donna, I’ve had your first book for years. I love it and it still holds up. So happy you have a utube channel.

You know, i think you will find these simple to make. Stacking them flat really helps! I hope your little girl likes them!❤️

I HAVE this book!!! It is from when you were on Carol Duvall
It’s an oldie! Hugs!❤️
Sorry I missed it. Got busy!
Hi David! It’s all there for you whenever you have the time, kid! Hugs, D❤️
Do you have a tutorial to make the black and white snakes that you have on the bead at the start of the video and on your table?
gee, i have to look at them. now it can be as simple as rolling a thin snake of white and athin snake of black, then roll and twist them together! i will look,
@@DonnaKatoArt thank you so much for explaining and for your very last video where it shows how to do it!!!

I concur! 100%. The hole is never perfectly placed so the circumference on the halves will never be equal, too. I like your take on it! Hugs, D
