Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni Can not Charge Solve This Issue at Home.Can catch signal but from charger but can not stay in charger so it can charge...just need some service.problem solved

Cleaning has not worked for me. Instead, I folded up layers of aluminium foil and clamped them on the robot in a way that the aluminium covers the charging contacts. Provides excellent contact. Solved the issue.

Hi, i had issued with my x1 omni station can't hot air drying, when i command start hot air drying the deebot still had did the task, but the station did't blew hot air. any technical support for this? thanks Ecovacs.

Once you give the command there should be fan sound you can hear...not very loud but can feel that air is blowing...if like this it means it's working...

Hi, why my deebot battery run flat so fast cannot even the whole 1300sqft house? I had this vacuum only for a year.

Omni needs more power compair to other models to run all functions... that's why it's normal in Omni after 1-2 years battery runtime get shorter

My X1 omni stopped working and it is not charging. It is not turning on at all now.
I have measured the contacts on the omni dock and they do supply 37Volts and are clean and lightly sanded.. What could I try to fix it?

What’s the next step to do if after cleaning the charging connectors multiple times the deebot x1 still won’t charge? The deebot went into the station and the brushes kept spinning just like in your video

Plz take asift sand paper n slightly rubb connector... normally only left side sensor U can see got only one rusty line..need to rubb only that side... problem will be permanently solve... normally I don't inform customer this type solutions...

If from the front of the station it won't catch signal n won't return then station motherboard issue..need to replace

Could it also be because it’s further away from the WiFi point? Or may be there is a fluctuation and we lose power ..?
