Hey guys AJ here in Ottawa. I saw Long Island Lou review your tequila and he said it was pretty good, but sorta on the vanillay side. I get that. When I first opened the bottle I kind of smelled cigar. Your tequila was always on my list to buy, but I seemed to always find another tequila to buy before yours. But it was always in the back of my mind! I always wanted to try your tequila because Long Island Lou said it was legit. I was kind of afraid because Casaamigos doesn't really taste like a legit tequila. In the tequila world were very wary of celebrity brands! So anyway, it's been about a year but I finally pulled the trigger and bought a bottle of villa one I got to say it's in my top three tequilas, no bullshit! It's good. Like really good!🤣 I wish I had bought it sooner to be honest. Here in Ottawa Ontario Canada we are pretty limited as to what we can buy. LCBO... The truth is your tequila is way better than terramana. Sorry Rock. I wish I could like sit with you guys over a bottle of tequila and enjoy this together! I think it's a really unique tequila that I'm really enjoying. When I first opened the bottle I didn't love it at all. But as it had time to open and develop I found that it had a really great flavor! While it had heat the heat was not repulsive at all After you open it and let it waft and breathe, it gets to be really easy drinking. Like a good wine! I think this is a really great tequila. I would recommend it to a friend. I'm definitely going to buy more. (It's $66.60 here in OTTAWA. So pretty pricey and premium but not a rip off like Patron) I was a little apprehensive at first and like I said, it took me a year to buy this bottle cuz I was expecting it to be like Casamigos (full of vanilla and additives) and gross, but I really really really like it.
Last nite I tried the Villa One blanco..I must have ended up with a bad bottle/batch as it tasted nor had a nose that resembled anything from tequila. More of less a bad vodka. Strange scenario, I don't know what to think at this point..
