- Skillet Would it Matter Soulfest 2016. They met a man who is a cancer survivor in the meet and greet and Brian asked them to play Would it Matter a very old Skillet song that they never did live. John took the 30 minutes before the show to relearn the song.

I wish they would play this regularly in their lineup. I think it's a really underrated song, this and I Want to Live.
I Want to Live is about to come. Right now they're doing the ''basics'' on the Unleashed Tour (The four mainstreams: Feel Invincible, BFTD, Stars and Undefeated) and two most loved (Out Of Hell and The Resistance) but give it some time. Like, a month or two. They're gonna play I Want To Live because it's not underrated at all, people love it and they're going to play it for sure. In fact, I'm going on a limb here saying that they're gonna replace Not Gonna Die and Rise with I Want To Live and Burn It Down

I was so happy to be there to see and hear him play this. It's the first and I believe still the only time they've played this song live. It's one if my favorite songs, because I've asked myself all those same questions and made those same statements. I know many others have too. I know the answers to all those questions: yes. Yes, someone would care. Yes, it would matter. I hope all of you asking those same questions know those answers of yes are true for you all too.

500th like here. This was my favorite song off of Awake, and I never thought I'd hear it. If I did, I assumed John wouldn't be able to sing it the way he did (granted the last chorus he goes down a bit), but this is honestly a really good rendition. I'm so happy this is out there in the world
