At 6:14, why distort the facts? She wasn't "discovered" cleaning the floors. That makes it sound like she was some untutored talent found in an unlikely context, and made into a star. She was a young singer in training who happened to clean floors to earn money. The director first met her as a cleaner, but he only hired her months later after she auditioned for the theatre in the ordinary course of her career as a singer.
Americans seem to have this urge to create these cinderella stories, how American agents found some poor talented girl and made her a star, oh how great people they are! Same thing happened with Iman. She is educated, but some people made up the story that she was actually a shepherd in the desert, when they "found" her.
She is awesome.I wish I could sing opera I don't like anything as much as opera but I CAN"T SING AT ALL.My voice is just terrible.That's really really sad :-( I am kinda depressed

I can sing and vaguely resemble Anna in appearance. You can work on it if you believe in yourself. Start looking for instructors and learn technique using RUclips if you cannot afford the real thing...and keep singing! All the best.
If only she were still singing like this! Her decision to gain weight & develop a meatier voice is a mistake. If she hadn’t learnt to sing when slender, then ok, but when you have trained as a slender singer, beefing up the voice & the body is uncallled for, a terrible mistake. Listen to her now. I have to cover both my ears & my eyes.
