I notice a lot of people having the shooting floor issue I was having. It’s the half walls that the square lands on. Those have to be sheet metal. Not the door frames, but the half walls directly across from them. Hope that helps! The base is amazing, can’t wait to build it on vanilla!!

I am rethinking my entire approach to roofs because of that triple triangle with the square build-back. There's no way that isn't getting patched eventually, but that is so good.

i just tried building this on a build server and that peek did not work. any ideas what was wrong/what to place there? I did the triangle roofs with a single door which is okay but does not provide LOS right nest to the bottom of the base

The shooting floor/roof design at 15:06 only works if you sheet metal the two half walls directly across from it. Spent forever trying to figure out why it wasnt working lol.

idk why people are complaining i love this base design it was easy to mske but expensive but thats alr if you dont like the base design hbu you go into builders paradise and make your whole own design whoch can withstand 24 rockets while still looking cool

You just need to crouch, there is an auto crouch bind you can find if you just google it

Hello mate, im trying to place the triangle piece for the bunker but it wont let me how do i fix this? If first have to place a half wall and then add the triangle trough it but doesnt work can u help me?

I have a fix for the so called "removal" of the offset bunker. I got a simpel workaround, witch makes the offset bunker work like normal again.

How would you recommend splitting the loot
I usually stash sulfur and stuff in shooting floor cause people never raid there especially if you are offline
some peaks at the top are patched or its like sever lag
none are patched just make sure the half walls underneath are upgraded to sheet metal

@@walski_honestly great job, I mainly play with my girlfriend and this is the perfect base, she likes simple and easy to get around nothing crazy and I like mountain top style bases, this combination of a base has all quality’s, good mobility and solid amount of loot room + bunker, fantastic 👍🏽

After having a 1v8 raid defense i can say that the roof is too open and could use some more cover, the main peaks i used where the 2 that peak down from the roof, managing to kill them lots of times. But overall its a great base but just needs more cover on roof and maybe some more peaks down. I would love to see a v2 build considering my feedback, but amazing base.

yeah sadly they don't

Yo can you make a compound tutorial on this base?
It’s pretty easy if you’ve been building yt bases for awhile. Just do 2 outer tcs on any side but make sure they’re opposite of each other, and I believe the 3 square buildout from base works, then make ur gatehouse with the 3rd square and then do a half moon with triangles of said square and then 2 more squares off that and you should be able to place a tc. Sorry I’m not very good at explaining but i hope this helps. And if ur still in build privilege range, just do a 4th or 5th square instead of 3🤝

@@henrykaufman9436 Just happened to me when I was building it on a build server, I was using the container skin and It wasnt working, switch it back to defult metal and it seemed to work, maybe try that.
The two half walls and the frame the square sits on have to be upgraded to metal, then it fits in, it won't place on twig.

@@walski_ good core design with some solid little peak downs on the sides of the roof manageable by a solo. It's quite cozy with a duo as well with a super manageable upkeep on a vanilla server.
