@@cnelsonlv99 I saw couple of comments on Reddit defending your take. IT was right. I fought with my brother non-stop over a lot of stupid shit. Never once we did go for the face, neck or any body part that causes serious harm. Usually, you fight to defuse the situation, not to make eachother sleep like that. That's a punch you throw to a complete stranger or someone you really and really hate. Maybe he got a good reason for what he did but acting like this is nothing serious is stupid. My guess is a. He doesn't know how to act in a fight or b. Some serious shit being said by Poole to make him act like that. My guess it wasn't basketball releated.

Stephen Jackson's out here talking about how you shouldn't pick on younger teammates. The entire reason the Spurs cut him was because he was walking around practice mouthing off about how he was better than Kawhi and said he deserved to be starting over Danny Green.
This was during Kawhi's second year and Danny's second FULL season. They finally had enough and cut him just before the start of the playoffs. A few months later, Danny set an NBA Finals record for most 3-pointers made.

@@cycleoflife565 The problem is that he was openly talking trash about 2 guys (turns out it was actually Green and Ginobili, not Kawhi). No big deal with Manu, but Green was young, impressionable, and easily rattled. If you know Danny's game, you know how terrible he plays on the road when it's a hostile crowd.
So it had the same effect as picking on him. The intent was to make Danny question his talents, which was especially sensitive at the time because he hadn't established himself as a legit starter, he was insanely streaky, he was constantly getting chewed out by Pop (to the point where Pop would sometimes yell at Danny if KAWHI made a mistake), and he'd already been cut by the Spurs once before.

American sports are really something. In football⚽️ you never do that to a teammate, and if you do you lost respect from the whole team and get sanction from the club. You hit a teammate like Draymond did, you get sacked. Team sports should never support this. But to be fair, doesn’t surprise me from the USA.
Just a few months ago, an NBA gm said racial slurs for years and he just got a sanction. Lot of NBA, NFL and MLB players act like divas and organizations can’t do anything about it (Kyrie, Antonio Brown, KD, Simmons, and more).
Also, fans support this behavior by saying basketball is “hard”. Apparently, being violent and punching teammates it’s part of the game, but scoring when the rival has no chance in the last minutes is “disrespectful” lol at the end of day, american sports are pure entertainment, not sportsmanship at all.

i absolutly agree with steve kerr. its something that the warriors have to deal with and no one should stick their nose in their problems. yall have to chill and let them deal with the problem in their way. if people stick their nose in their business, its just gonna make things worse. just let them do what they consider right and stop making such a fuss over that incident
