I've had mine for years only work I've done is the change the oil also rear end oil....also adjusted valves this summer that's it.....the kfx 700 v twin are bullet proof... a lot my friends have them and have no problems with them at all. I beat the hell out of it and it's still going strong.I also drive the hell out of it putting on at least 900 miles a year....it's a money pit as far as add ons!!
Dude. Im 12 And have One, Ive been Ridin for about 9 years now, A kfx is perfect for a Experienced rider. Iv'e grew Up on 500's and 700's My hole life At Age 5 i was driving my dad's honda foreman 500 on trails. Also i had a few 400ex's But Kawi 700's Are perfect for any age!

Love my KFX..it's a great all around trail bike.....I like the 400 as well but I'm a big guy so the 700 works better for me...plenty of power and I can ride it all day with no problems
Banshees you can make real fast so if your looking to race I would go with a banshee ...if your looking for a fun all around trail atv love the 700 kfx
I rode one of these today and I am only 13 so I am lighter and the bike will go faster. I was going full throttle and I almost fall off. I was drifting and doing wheelies. It was so fun.
auto is great for trail riding which is what I do the most...and still does well with racing other atv's ...my friends kfx700 has a fst715 bbk...and everytime we go racing he is untouchable not even can ams or raptors can beat him....the only thing that might get him is a sup'd up can am reg 1000 when it comes to 4strokes
Man, that LTE sounds amazing. Those 700's look like pull great! I rode my buddies 700, it was all stock, but man big difference coming from a modded 400. Loved it though. Great video!
I hear ya man....I think I would want to have to shift in the dunes for climbing but I've seen some nasty kfx's in the sand dunes!! look it up on you tube....they hold there own. but I know what you mean about climbing...I used to have to shift on all my other quads and it was weird at 1st that I didn't have to put it in 2nd gear to get up the hills

you can always turn in the throttle screw to cut him back but it's still a big machine....he would have no problem pulling up the front end....just hit the gas...it's going into a wheelie

Hey man I used to loveeeee this place in Taunton right. I have a Kawasaki kfx450r monster edition and probably saw u there before but it got shut down by the freaking environmental police there. Great place to ride though. Ride for miles in the power lines
it has a lot of power.... I would say the weight of the kfx is the biggest thing...it's not light. try one out. I'm a big guy and it works for me. If your a small 13 year old I'm not sure if it's right for you....but like I said see if you can try one out
stock for stock a kfx 700 would beat a brute force 650...the kfx has the better motor more torque but the main reason is weight the brute force is a 4x4 and weighs more which gives the kfx 700 the edge (being a 2wd) but there pretty close
I know u asked this forever ago, but since nobody said anything back, yes the whine on this atv is normal. It's a belt driven automatic. Most belt-driven automatics make a whine on deceleration. People can't understand why they'd put an auto tranny on these bikes, but if you've ridden one, you know they are quite a handful just the way they are. Punch it from a standstill on anything harder than mud and you'll be on your back.
