Yes, every single town has matchdays, usually about 20 home games. Let say my team (football is not popular at this era) have 4000 attendence and about 200 are ultras, so there are drums and warsongs all 90 minutes. On important matches (like you see on this footage, there is full stadion and about 2000 ultras.
The first clip is from a few months ago. German side Borussia Dortmund was playing Belgian side Club Brugge in the group stage of the champions league. The most impressive about the european fans is the determination, even if it means travelling across europe to see them play.

I remember watching "little" Spud Webb's Dunk Contest award back in 80's some and I do remember it felt better than some hollywood dream movie to me. It was so inspiring..... ufff
I´am a Borussia Dortmund Fan (The first european club you saw, peoples marching down the street), many Football Fans have multiple clubs in diffrent countrys. For me It´s Borussia Dortmund (my first and biggest love) in germany, FC Liverpoool in england and Real Madrid in spain. Don´t take it to serious but if you walk with us, take it serious or just relax, enjoy the ride ;) We have often english people coming over to enjoy our marches to the stadium and the experiences in the stadium as well. If you ever visit a game try to catch a derby. It does not matter wich derby you catch, there are so many but i can guaranteee you this: Every Derby, not matter wich league or country in europe, is lit as frick guys. These experiences will last a life time. Also: Most parts of the stadium behind the goals are reserved for the people with their annual tickets, these are also mostly standing places so more people can fit in there and make the stadium go wild. If the stadium erupts in a massive explosion of ecstasy it will start mostly in the south or noth sections, every club has their fans on a diffrent side. In Dortmund the Südtribühne, the largest standing area in a german football club is one of the worlds most known parts of our stadium or like it´s called in german, die gelbe wand wich means the yellow wall due to our club colors, yellow and black. And our local rivals, the FC Schalke, has their fans stationed in their home stadium in the north part of the stadium so it´s blue white against yellow black, south part of the stadium vs the north part of the stadium ;)
Brazilians are equally if not more fanatical about their soccer. I’m from South Africa but when I lived in Rio de Janeiro, I’ve been to quite a few matches at the Maracana stadium and there I’ve witnessed many times fires, fireworks, stun grenades and riots (inside and outside the stadium) especially when a team like flamengo plays
Dunson Brothers....YES...EVERY GAME IN EUROPE IS LIKE THAT...When FC Barcelona won The Champions League, the movement in the stadium was so wild, that it actually marked as it was an Earthquake in the Earthquake's Machine.
Hey guys! Love from Scotland UK. You guys got a new subscriber when I seen ya'll reacting to UK football fans songs and atmosphere. Which is great. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have a look at a Scottish Cup Final, the oldest cup competition in WORLD football. In 2016 Hibernian, one of the biggest clubs in Scotland outside Celtic and Rangers, hadn't won the "Big One" for 114 years!! That year Hibernian scored a injury time winner to win 3-2! There was a massive pitch invasion then when it clears we sing our anthem. Sunshine on Leith. 30,000 Scarves in the air singing the most beautiful song, it's our you'll never walk alone. You WILL NOT regret it. Scottish people are the most fanatical football supporters in Europe when it comes to population. Thanks from Scotland. BTW We just beat Cyprus, SPAIN and Norway and are TOP of our qualifying group. I promise it's not just English and European supporters who's team is their religion and our stadium is our church!
Two atmospheres you need to listen too that were spine tingling were eng vs Scotland euro 96 national anthem and liverpool vs dortmund champions league signing never walk alone
you are all welcome to Europe, alot of clubs have good atmosphere, you are mostly welcome to Stockholm to see Hammarby, when 2 teams play from same city in most countries its chaos.
Football fans are pretty crazy in a good way. They will welcome anyone really as long as you support their team. They have calmed down a bit over the years tho. Back in the 80s things were bit more hectic. I remember matches being cancelled because overzealous fans. Riots etc. It was rough back then. They take their football very seriously.
There is a saying in Real Betis Balompie fan lore that say: "From parents to children, from grandparents to grandchildren". Football in Europe is a passion that is running in our veins from the cradle: ruclips.net/video/8ZL42LGJBIM/видео.html

Love watching the Americans seeing how we do it over here, not every game is on these levels but the big Derby's are on another level, like my derby is Sunderland and our stadium holds 52000 and the noise and atmosphere is something to behold and lives with you forever and if it doesn't make you love football nothing will.
For many, the highlight of the week is match day. Starts early with some singing etc at the pub .. Many people are involved in a lot with the club on weekdays as well .. 😀 Greetings from Europe.
No Kop? In the mid to late 70's the chants were much louder and held consequence - fun, scary, maybe in a scrap on the way home. Glad voices still shout and support.
Ay all you gotta do is come to the games in Europe and you one of us! The energy in the stadiums is crazy especially with certain teams. Choose Manchester United and you can sing Viva Ronaldo, a chant the fans shout for Ronaldo 💪
Some games are obviously more lively than others and some clubs fans are wayyyy more hardcore than others! I’d say most games in Europe have more of an atmosphere than the USA ones shown in this video though
Not all game are like that, all fans aren't that loud, for exemple you won't see Monaco fans go crazy but other crowds are often fired up like Milan AC, most English crowds, OM supporters, Greek fans, Barca's fans, and most national teams supporters.
Yall should pick a MLS team to start off with. Maybe your local team so you can go to some live matches. Get a feel for how the game is actually played as opposed to just watching highlights, really learn how the league works, learn the rivalries etc. Could be fun
I can stil remember clear as day, back in 2019 when Borussia Dortmund fans invaded the London underground to go to Wembley stadium, all dressed in yellow and black and singing songs. It was like an army march, amazing.

Football in Britain and Europe is like religion. Fans follow their teams loyally and faithfully. There is lots of conflict between supporters. I'm so glad the violence is now greatly reduced. I LOVED your reactions to the European games, you both just smiled all the way through. I'm not a fan of football, but I LOVE rugby. The supporters are JUST as passionate, and the rivalry is fierce but friendly. One big difference, is that in football, fans are kept separate, but in Rugby, it's not needed. Then after the game, lots of beer is drank, with opposing supporters in the same pub. Have a look at the British football chants. They are BRUTAL !!! Nobody escapes from them. There is lots of swearing. I watched another American reactor watching and listening to the chants, and he couldn't believe his ears. He said " How is this legal" !! That's Freedom of Speech right there !! I think the difference between USA and UK and Europe is the age of the teams. In the UK some of the club's are 100 years old, so sons, fathers and grandparents would support the same team, and in America, the club's are young. 😊 🏴🏉
You guys would fit right in over here because you get it. Football is about pride for the team you support. It’s a bit petty when you break it down but it doesn’t stop me and loads of others going back every week

So 9:27 is the French National Anthem. Everything you've seen before and after is true tho. We don't need "marketing", we have "football clubs". Its in your blood, I have friends that I only ever see on match days, but we travel across the whole of England together, and luckily for us we travelled across Europe when we qualified for European competition, they are like brothers, going to the pub for a few hours before the games does help with the atmosphere though.
Hello U. S Brothers! Italy is watching you and you are welcome!! 😁🇮🇹👍🏻🥂👋🏼
little fun fact after a German Frankfurt game like on 10:36. all grandstands have to be checked for damage haha :P greetings from germany, we also won the European league with Frankfurt a few days ago
Whooped my barca but nevertheless "respect"
@@manta_399
for a club like barca, which is world-famous, that's not new :) we also have a club called FC Bayern Munich. but for frankfurt it was just new :)
i was wondering about that....how they test for wear and tear, or metal(steel) fatigue in the structure....
Pls react to football freestylers like the f2freestylers or sean garnier
You are welcome. And you will never forget an experience like this. We really love football ,we cry when they loose ,we party hard when they winn. And we love them in good and bad❤❤
Appreciate your comment family
I hope you guys get to 1M man, I honestly do. It's a trip going to one of those games, and everyone should experience it at least once. Oh and as far as the "hooligan" thing goes... it's typically fairly sanctioned.
keep may the 18th in mind. eintracht frankfurt vs. glasgow rangers. two clubs with tradition, a huge and awesome fan base are facing each other on the europa league final. a must watch. :-)
Hello from România, we in Europe love football and yes most of our games are like this, but much biger if a country play with another country❤. We love our players, our teams ❤🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴 ❤ I love my " crazy " europeans ❤ the last was my country❤❤❤
Ca patrioți suntem greu de întrecut.
Fight and win! That made me cringe with embarrassment and I’m British. Seeing that from another continent, I love you Americans, but that hurt.
This video literally took the worst fan moments from the USA lol there are plenty of good fan moments in the USA, not better than European football fans but USA has good fan moments too.
@@Jedi_Black LAFC and the Portland Timbers have a good and loud fanbase. Other than that though, generally, league is weak.
yanks, wanks same difference😅

If you've not seen the Scotland fans dance to "Yes Sir, I can boogie" you've no lived!
For us Europeans, football is a religion and when the UEFA Champions League starts, religious wars begin and blood is literally spilled.
Feels safer to go to an european game than to an american school
Football culture is so embracing, when you become apart of it, it becomes apart of you.
America football?
Yes, every single town has matchdays, usually about 20 home games. Let say my team (football is not popular at this era) have 4000 attendence and about 200 are ultras, so there are drums and warsongs all 90 minutes. On important matches (like you see on this footage, there is full stadion and about 2000 ultras.
Viele Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪
BVB FOREVER
The first clip is from a few months ago. German side Borussia Dortmund was playing Belgian side Club Brugge in the group stage of the champions league. The most impressive about the european fans is the determination, even if it means travelling across europe to see them play.
Feyenoord does that in Berlin , Roma and Marseille even Marseille supporters where impressed by Feyenoord .
We come and take over complete cities in Europa we show that last year , this year and 20 years ago to .
Last year Berlin was complete taking over for a week by feyenoord
At 6:38 it is the stadium in Frankfurt Germany. It's ingeneerd for fans they jumping. Most of the stadiums in Germany looks like this :D
love your vids way more than i should hahaha im surprised this video didnt include the likes of dortmund or more teams from eastern europe, those guys are crazy. Also... you should check out south america, those guys fight legit wars against each other they crrazy, check San Lorenzo.. keep it up gents
in case you were interested in the san lorenzo video: ruclips.net/video/39enJP3byRI/видео.html
Yes all games are like this. Even in second leagues are like thid.
i can tell you guys, that is for real every game! its a lifestyle we live and die with the club! big greetz from munich! 1860!
Don´t take it to serious but if you walk with us, take it serious or just relax, enjoy the ride ;)
We have often english people coming over to enjoy our marches to the stadium and the experiences in the stadium as well.
If you ever visit a game try to catch a derby. It does not matter wich derby you catch, there are so many but i can guaranteee you this:
Every Derby, not matter wich league or country in europe, is lit as frick guys.
Or Casablanca fans in Marocko. The derby is just insane. Lots of great fans around the world.
Yes Africans and south Americans are even more passionate about football
Appreciate you family you got to send us a link family
ruclips.net/video/lt26StUVHoc/видео.html That's the fans after the pitch invasion singing a football song like no other. My Mrs is in the video lol
If you go there you'll get the video "16 minutes of minor mayhem" 😂👌
Europeans are the loudest and most passionates fans in nearly everysports, alongside other regions for some sports like South America for football.
Love and respect brothers. You can go to the champions league final this year. 😊
No atmosphere in the champions League!
@@Rb-mk3xq if liverpool play will be .
There is a saying in Real Betis Balompie fan lore that say: "From parents to children, from grandparents to grandchildren". Football in Europe is a passion that is running in our veins from the cradle: ruclips.net/video/8ZL42LGJBIM/видео.html
It's a good thing they didn't use the atmosphere in the Emirates aka the Library as an example! Lmao!
As A British fan and love the content.. the US fans are still learning the trades and in 10 too 20 years this content will be laught at. And U.S fans will be some of the best in the world. Have you seen you British NFL team and crowd support. ..
My 900 fellow PSG fans rocking the whole Liverpool stadium are amazing. We lost the game but never stopped encouraging and supporting our great team.
I'm PSG till I die
PSG till I die
I know i am
I'm sure I am
PSG till I die
Love watching the Americans seeing how we do it over here, not every game is on these levels but the big Derby's are on another level, like my derby is Sunderland and our stadium holds 52000 and the noise and atmosphere is something to behold and lives with you forever and if it doesn't make you love football nothing will.
"You got bananas right there" 😆
For many, the highlight of the week is match day. Starts early with some singing etc at the pub .. Many people are involved in a lot with the club on weekdays as well .. 😀 Greetings from Europe.
Y’all deserve more sub keep grinding
It's sooo fucking funny that they're chanting to the "here comes pipi-longstocking" melody 🤣😂
at 6:06!
No Kop? In the mid to late 70's the chants were much louder and held consequence - fun, scary, maybe in a scrap on the way home. Glad voices still shout and support.
I wont lie. That intro is catchy af
I’d say most games in Europe have more of an atmosphere than the USA ones shown in this video though
maybe in england but other countries have ultras
Not all game are like that, all fans aren't that loud, for exemple you won't see Monaco fans go crazy but other crowds are often fired up like Milan AC, most English crowds, OM supporters, Greek fans, Barca's fans, and most national teams supporters.
Yall should pick a MLS team to start off with. Maybe your local team so you can go to some live matches. Get a feel for how the game is actually played as opposed to just watching highlights, really learn how the league works, learn the rivalries etc. Could be fun
Pass boys.....or you can very quietly chant "i believe that we can win" haaaa haaaa hee or "fight and win" oh lord naah yeah naaaah.........🤣😅
European football is life Thou dammm the atmosphere etc
you are welcome ..great react!!
I can stil remember clear as day, back in 2019 when Borussia Dortmund fans invaded the London underground to go to Wembley stadium, all dressed in yellow and black and singing songs. It was like an army march, amazing.
08:30 the answer is yes. Every match at Anfield is like that. San Siro, Nou Camp, Bombonera...
Appreciate your comment
Love y’all ✊🏽
You have to remember a lot of these clubs were formed over 100 years ago.
Football in Europe is tribal and always will be.
Exactly, it’s like a religion. Once a fan of a club, proper never change allegiance
@@stephenpeacock2627 I saw my first Brighton game in 1964 aged 7,that was it,hooked for life.Have supported them through some really dark times when we lost our ground ans nearly went out of business but never lost the faith.
I'm now taking my grandson and he is as mad about them as me.
"FIGHT AND WIN" he came off his meds too early
Another Great video 💪🏻👌🏻
First thing to become european, move to Europe :D
I suggest you any of the videos of Real Madrid's bus arriving to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium before the match, or if you want to see one of the best atmospheres in a football stadium watch any of the 3 comeback's Real Madrid did just this last few months against Psg, Chelsea or Manchester City (we are talking about how the crowd can push the team to victory). You will enjoy it.
Yes it's allmost on every game!!!! And that's Magic!!!!
hey! good question! not all games but most of them. Specially bigger games !! try one of these one day. Any big team in europe. You will not regret. great experience
11:00 After, during and before... In some cases we start (the party) also 2 or 3 hours prior to the game. People meet in a pub and start to drink for hours so then when it is time to go to the Stadium they are full tanks 😁
If you like that kind of energy i highly suggest you react to Thogdens " THE MOMENT SCHALKE SECURED PROMOTION vs ST PAULI " video, you won't be disappointed.
It's a fact you bruddas hitting a milli+ Subs ✊🏽
The thing is football (soccer) is not the biggest sport in America which is why we don't have that huge support like the other countries do. I hope we get that level of appreciation and passion for this sport here in the US. Love the rest of the world. We love y'all
So 9:27 is the French National Anthem. Everything you've seen before and after is true tho.
We don't need "marketing", we have "football clubs". Every single national competition is like that (to an extend).
When you have continental European's teams competing against each others, thousands of fans are gathering, organizing, and making sure they will be there to "support" their respective teams.
Visit when you have time, and if you come to Bordeaux, France, let me introduce you to the Bordeaux Ultras. That will be an unforgettable trip for sure :D
Beers ( for you two) will be on me 😉
Come to Cologne (5:23) and visit a game of 1.FC Köln and you'll get 100% a great experience of european atmosphere.
You just know that the enthusiastic young man @ 03:00 flunked college, failed in Hairdressing School, and became a police officer!
Its always like this, fans just hype everyone up to do their best 🎉
That’s amazing appreciate the comment
the last one was Romanians fans singing the national anthem..thank you for including us here guys..you should come here to experience it :)) much respect to all european fans...this is religion here:)
It's time to say: CONGRATS BOYS!! You now will carrie CR7, MESSI, RONALDINHO and more in your hearts just as I have Jordan, Magic, Kobe, Iverson, etc.. and now Lebron in mine.
We love to share the passion. Asians and all, come along fellows. As more you understand the game you will appeciate the little details more and more. YOU DID WITNESS SOME KIND OF GOD MIRACLES with all those Goats you reacted to.
Ps: I did stay up late at night to watch all those NBA goats I mentioned (and others, many others) as I grew up.... Live!!! Live my Boys ^^^^
Cool as both of you are, i guees you have about thousands of invitations to Europe. Here's one more in Berlin
Take care
battlecries.......chills lol, love it
When somebody make like this in Europe we say he need medical help🤣🤣Here all Fans make great Atmosphere. We live for Football.Genetic.Tnx 4 great Video.
I'm from Germany and I can tell you every football game is like this atmosphere from start to finish. look at FC Hansa Rostock. This is my club.
I can confirm that in Greece all games are like that. If you see a stadium from a distance while a game is being played it's like it's on fire.
Esas hinchadas son buenas, pero no tienen comparación con la pasión que se vive en Argentina, saludos!! 🇦🇷👏
The cool side of football is that there are hundreds and hundreds of different teams all over the world if not thousands and many of the teams have crazy fans, different types of supporting culture, clubs, etc. From Argentina to Russia, from South Africa to Norway! From Indonesia to Mexico!
I would be looking for tickets now in your place, the 2 best players in history (Ronaldo and messi) are still playing but not for long. It would be nice to see them in action. 😉
6:32 this is actually build like this to not fall down. without this space between those two parts there would be 24/7 pressure on the stand. But build like there it can move upside down to spread it on both stands equaly
