this was the fastest i’ve fallen asleep, i don’t remember the audio but i remember the dream completely and i wasn’t aware i was dreaming but i feel like i could control it? regardless this is a GOOD audio

Quality sound track, I have listened to hundreds of guided meditations for lucid dreaming and this one is one of the best. Managed to achieve mind awake body asleep and then experience my bedroom through closed eyelids. Interesting thing is I could also see and feel my arms as well as hands out in front of me. My right hand was holding a note. Before all this came into view I was experiencing vortices of light rotating clockwise in one full rotation, at the end of the rotation it would burst into a explosion of bright white light and then start again. Seeing this in my minds eye i feel helped me forget about my physical body. Beautiful experience!!!! Thank you so much for this!!!!

Ahhhhh 😍😍😍 can’t wait to listen to this tonight before bed, I’ve only ever managed to lucid dream a few times as a child and I’ve been trying to do it again for months listening to different tracks, at the very least they give me an excellent sleep ❤️
Best video of this kind out there! I relaxed so quickly to this and for the first time it really felt like my body was falling asleep while my mind was still active. Somehow i started feeling some nausea then, but while reminding myself this is part of the progress i fell asleep right after it and had some amazing dreams that had my flying over the landscape. however still not lucid. Gotta try again today!
I wasn't even tired when I put this on . I didn't get past far after closing my eyes for last time . Great stuff didn't lucid dream though but doing it again now . Thank you

Had my 1st lucid dream last night. I wasn't aware that I was lucid dreaming so I got a little freaked out when the voice confirmed it. Very weird experience but good. 👍🏾
I've been trying almost every night for about a month now and in that time I've managed to improve the quality of my sleep (something I'm grateful for). I've tried listening to a few tracks occasionally, however they either didn't work, or had a minimal effect. The night before, I decided to try falling asleep using a guided meditation track (this one) for the 1st time, and I gotta say, compared to the plain binaural beats (that I tried at least), it was pretty effective. I managed to relax my body much faster than before, and while my mind still wandered a bit occasionally, it wasn't as distracting as on previous nights; random thoughts were mostly able to float on by instead of me studying each one (I've gotten a bit better with practice, but this seriously helped). I tried it again last night (and was actually able to lay still for a few hours unlike the night before) and while I still wasn't able to fall asleep, I *was* able to relax and get some rest. The next step from here is to practice actually falling asleep.
This one definitely going to my fav folder !!! I have listen this at the bed time and early morning . I am glad you guys decided to keep this at this pace. Some previous recording start going a bit to slow for me but not anymore !! Thank you so much for your beautiful work. I am your loyal subscriber. 😊

Even though theses fail me sometimes (not this time) it's still a win win for me because I've never felt so relaxed trying to sleep. When i first started doing this i realize how TENCED my body was especially my face now when they say "relax all the muscles in ur face" they're already relaxed so thank u. This one gave me the freakiest dream and then I woke up to the sound of my son running out the front door at 1:30 am because he was also having a freaky dream and was sleep walking! 😩 How bizarre! Kind of scared to listen to it again. 😅😂
The narration storyline did not work for me. When I'm sinking through my bed as you requested I felt like I could be suffocated by the mattress and box springs. And then planning on the floor I imagine that I haven't vacuumed under there for a month or two and it's too dirty to be there. And then you said to roll over and face the floor. Which is actually a door but the thing is if you're laying on an opening facing that way wouldn't it be a hatch and not a door.??? And then if you open this hatch you would fall into whatever is below the hatch. This is not a storyline for thinkers. Especially thinkers who dream about flying. Because I imagined if I did fall through that hatch it wouldn't be flying I would be falling. So anyway do you have any other narrated meditation videos that might work better for me?
I love this voice, so relaxing. Its a shame as I really can't relax to Reece's voice. Shame as I've tried so hard to get past it, but can't :( I would love both guides to do all :)

This is so strange I didn't dream or anything but I was aware I was asleep I can hear myself snoring I manage to get into a sleep paralysis and I felt vibrations on my arms like it was being lifted upwards I think I was close to Astral projection but I closed my eyes and I think I saw a glimpse of what appears to be a night sky with stars till I went back being fully aware that I was sleeping I still felt the vibrations all over me as if my soul was trying to leave my body , somehow when I woke up this time I had my arms lifted in front of me. Tbh while I'm typing this I still feel like I'm still sleeping. But despite me being aware I'm asleep I don't feel tired it feels I had a good hour sleep. The most fucked up thing is that I don't know if this is real like if I'm actually dreaming rn I want someone to explain this is so fucked and awesome at the same time.

I'm at about 1 year...and nothing. If anything....I've went backwards it seems. I can't remember a dream for the life of me. Like I'm honestly lucky if I remember one a month. Not sure why. I imagine my medication and cigarettes and government grown weed has alot to do with it. These cords plugged into each ear prolly isn't helping any either. Best of luck mate. Your not alone
@@mathewh5527 dream journal EVERY MORNING even if you don't remember anything upon awakening. Write down how you feel, anything you remember falling asleep, etc... Write down that you don't remember any dreams.

@@LifeSnapShort what really helps me to remember dreams is to set a alarm for the middle of my sleep (given i can sleep for about 8 hours). Waking up after that second half of sleep lets me remind at least parts of a dream almost every time. And of course, writing that down right after waking up🙂

the music is way to loud and annoying, you have to really strain to focus on the voice because its being overpowered by the "music" I could not listen to it to fall asleep.

I was so excited in the dream that I woke up after recognizing my dream sign. Since then I've really been trying to find a meditation that works for me. Due to hearing issues, I'm now thinking to find some that are just voice guided. Even though this one didn't work for me, I appreciate your time, energy, and creativity creating the content for me to try. Have a blessed evening as well :)

i’ve finally got to the point where i can remember a part of my dream now but i eventually want to know how to control it
Start writing a dream journal 🙏 When you are able to know that you are dreaming, thats when you can start to control it ☺️

I had a dream but I couldn't remember it but I did have a nightmare but I couldn't remember it. I'm gonna try it out again tonight right now.

@@LucidPowerMind Thank you, I liked, subbed, and will have a look around. I have lucid dreamed alot when I was a child, as an adult its happened once. I was so excited in the dream that I woke up after recognizing my dream sign. Since then I've really been trying to find a meditation that works for me. Due to hearing issues, I'm now thinking to find some that are just voice guided.
Even though this one didn't work for me, I appreciate your time, energy, and creativity creating the content for me to try.
