P0491 Pass Emission. Check engine light on, secondary air injection

Working on this 2005 Dodge Stratus for a check engine light. P0491..Secondary air injection system failure. Diagnosis led to a part we needed to order.

I have that same code on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 liter V8. Would it be the same problem then? You said there is no stupid question. Thank you. I like your videos. They are Great.

My air pump works there’s power to it and my one way valve works what can cause p0492

I know this is an old video but I hope you respond. My wife had this code pop on her car, I replaced this part and the code is still there. Any other suggestions? I cleared two temporary codes but one is permanent.
