Chahe 1600 bacho ka re exam karbaye ya 6 center ka re neet karbaye kabhi bhi article 14 ka palan nahi ho payega. Agar article 14 ko bachana hai ya samvidhan ko bachana hai to aap ko re neet all india main conduct karana padega. Jo 2015 main same dalil bhi cbse ne diya tha ki matra 40 bacho ka bat hai aur him 40 bacho ka re neet karba tete. Phir bhi us samay supreme court nahi suna tha. Press meet main jo officer tippani diye hain unko saram aana chahiye kyun ki un logo ko malum nahi hai ki 2015 ghatna. Ye sochne ki bat hai. I request our Supreme Court please follow up 2015 judgement. Aap jab nta walo ko katghare main nahi dalenge tab tak nta balo ko saram nahi lagega ek bar cbse galti karne ke karan nta banaye gaye thhe. The question paper leakage in Bihar is the main issue in this entire NEET examination. Because of this question paper leak, the cut off marks have gone very high, which was NOT there in the entire history of the NEET. NTA has clearly admitted that there was question paper leak in Bihar and action was initited against those who were involved in it. But, in this digital world, the mode of communication through telegram, WhatsApp etc takes place instantly. This (paper leak) must be the reason for such high marks and cut off in this year. To dilute this paper leak issue, NTA is diverting the concern over the grace marks allocation. Of course, grace marks to only few students (1600) in 6 centres is also an issue. What abt the students, who have faced similar issue (delay in distribution of question paper) in other centers but not approached the court or unable to do so? Also, as per supreme court, this grace marks formula is not applicable for Medical and Engineering. Then, how the committee has unilaterally adopted the CLAT rules for this NEET. There are so many anomalies like this in this NEET-24. The authority to look into this and recommend for re-exam so that the genuine aspiring students will become future doctors.
How is the answering efficiency of biology is same as efficiency of physics and chemistry ??

NTA Director has failed to address any issue raised by the students community in a logical way. The high level committee will again comprise of pawn placed by corrupted people. NTA is not cooperating at all. Patna police has asked NTA to provide the question to validate of the sample question seized on 4th May 2024 by them ws really the question of NEET-2024. It is high time Supreme court should intervene in the matter.

Sir 9th and 10th April me Jo form registration open hua tha the no. and name of the candidate Jo is time pe register hue the demand kriye and unke results and omr match karaiye. Because 16 March ke baad 1 mahine baad wapis bas 2 din ke liye registration open karna is very unusual. Jo ki abhi tak nta ne kabhi nahi kiya thaaa.
