The fact that he said Kendrick started it tells you he can’t pick up on anything that’s past surface level. How do you hear a guy take many jabs in interviews towards a person and hear that person that was getting dissed say I feel like some of y’all is hating and still not pick up on them disses. But he heard the complements and ignored the disses that came before and after. How you spend this much time doing research and still can’t use context clues and common sense to understand what’s going on. I’m just glad I only wasted 10 to 15 min of my time

@ljy32swag I thought the same thing when he talked about Kendrick saying that Drake can't say ninja because he's mixed. He doesn't understand that it doesn't have anything to do with him being mixed, but him growing up and the way he acts. Kendrick literally said in Meet the Grahams that Adonis is a Black Man, even though he's more mixed than Drake. And don't even get me talking about him talking about how Kendrick pronounced ambulance, even though that's just how a lot of people pronounce it. (I definitely dont enunciate ambulance. I can tell you that) But hey, this is a 4 hour video, so I can't hate too much

Same, Kendrick ain't a saint but this guy is grossly misrepresented how things happened, for one it is quite clear from watching the early Drake interview that he was being condescending and arrogant towards Kendrick regarding his comments about him Like the guy would say "He has no consistency and just out for Drama and clout" then in the very same line say "But super talented though". that's double speak and clearly duplicitous. And the guy who made this video can clearly see it because I refuse to believe he made a video this long with more hours of work put in without seeing it. Not even A Kendrick fan ( J Fold is still my Goat😭😭) But what you are presenting is a false narrative bro.

Yet never speaks up on black issues. The tone deafness of the free the slaves line. Thinking it's a diss to say Kenndrick ain't real cause he's not a criminal. On and on. @nickoletcampbell4657 He misconstrued many things about the beef. He (purposefully) left out many things that make Drake look worse, and Kendrick look better. Like proof that the abuse rumors were false. When going through the verses, he talks down on Kendricks shots at Drake and presents how they are overblown or false. But does not do the same thing for Drakes shots, or says, "But Kendrick did the same thing," which, while true, Kendrick did in later songs, not first. He ignores Drake talking down on and sneak dissing Kendrick in interviews. It's very clear, even early on in the video.
It's also clear that he knows nothing about the culture, black culture and hip hop culture, which is a big part of the reason Kendrick hates Drake, which would also explain why the RUclipsr is a Drake fan. Kendrick calls Drake a colonizer for pretending to be a part of the culture and just profiting off of it, while not attempting to improve it, or embrace it, which is why "Drake can't say ninja"

Does Drake pay you or do you do propaganda for free? At times this video is!insightful, at least detailed, but the snide comments about "Kendrick fans probably see this..." and the like -- rather than taking a!position ob what!was actually true -- is annoying af, as well as condescending.
You also try to credit Drake for trying to "end" the beef in 2013 with an admittedly lame and insincere shout out by Drake at OvieHoeFest13 -- "at least Drake tried!" you fawn at your BBL Hero. Bro - an insincere shoutout doesnt count as some noble attempt to end the beef for the good of humanity. Drake was trying to assert his relevance by associatong himself with younger and more talented musicians and rightly feared future!embarassment if he continuedxto publically trade barbs with a much smarter writer.
Finally, you claim in several!places that Drake was justly aggrieved by the things Kendrick said to him/about him, trying to paint adrake as the innocent victim of an unreasonable upstart like Kung Fu Kenny. But, did you miss the whole point if Kendricks recent dismantling of Drake? He's not talking about some petty squabble between two men with giant egos who are ultra sensitive to criticism (tho that aptly describes Drake) kendrick's critique of Drake is structural (misappropriation of local culture/exploitation/using black culture for commercial ends but otherwise nit engaging with the culture/making vapid and fundamentally dishonest music who cheapens the whole genre, etc etc. These are!crimes that Drake has yet to answer for -- let alone the HIGHLY questionable and voluminous smoke coming from the young girls fetish allegations -- I haven't seen the fire yet, but HeartPt6 did NOTHING to convince me there wasn't a lot of fire out there.

i thought i was going crazy for a min bc ??? this guy obv don’t know that hip hop is abt competition not friendship.. ofc drakes kindness is nice but the guy also had his own flaws that weren’t addressed at all. kendrick calling his name out in Control was a sign of respect and drake took it personally instead of friendly competition

Honestly a lot of non-americans have really bad takes when it comes to Hip Hop competition

OV-HOES tryna change the narrative, the reason why Kendrick and the others dissed Drake was because he's an asshole and doesn't care about hip-hop.

Crazy how you can tell who the video creator roots for lol (Drake), it just bleeds through the camera even if they try to be neutral😌

Drake fan. But this is really one of the only Drake fans that has said he lost, even if he’s basically saying, Drake lost because Kendrick was slick and mean, but Drake was just too nice. I can’t co-sign this but decent 4 hour breakdown. Again, I commend you for saying Kendrick won, tho.

I don't agree that Kendrick was saying Drake isn't black. After all he said Adonis was black in Meet the Grahams. He was saying he's not part of the community or the culture so he can't use their lingo. Surface level, I do think he was trolling Drake by needling him about his racial identity and how it's a sore spot.

Honestly anyone who thinks Kendrick is saying this didn't notice the question inflection in the verse of Euphoria, or the question mark in the lyrics in the song, in short he needs more than that to feel black enough? It's a question, not a statement
