    These videos make everything look so simple. Getting that rear bolt undo is work of the devil. You need two very long spanners and some unbelievable strength to get them undone !!

      Just remember to wire brush all the dirty stinking bolts and then get some wd40 on them, wait for 30 mins then spray again and try.

    Is it really that easy? I hear stories about front and rear control arms being very difficult to remove

      Yes. I replaced all of the front suspension arms as a set on my BMW E91 330D. Took me a morning, but easily doable for a competent DIYer. Would recommend you get an alignment check afterwards though, as could easily change the geometry slightly.

      on the bearing beam of the bridge 165 Nm
      on steering knuckle 165 Nm

      BMW 3 series E90 2006-2008 (LCI 2009-2011)
      Looks like 325i or 323i. UK version could be deferent grade.

    What size spanner you used to get the inner bolt, wanna do a diy on my car thanks.
