Here's 2 New Balance 1500's I recently picked up. First, the "Flying the Flag" jawns that released last week. Awesome quality. Secondly, we have the "Crooked Tongues" joints from a few years back. It's a shame they're closing. They're responsible for some of the most amazing collaborations ever. They will be missed!

Staying positive and strong is a great thing, I know a lot of people who succumbed to their demons and seeing you fight hard and be such a great person made me a better person. I always give people a chance and not judge by an out ward appearance. You're a good man and a lot of people can learn from you fam. Keep doing good and life will be like that. That is a long time and it gives me hope just knowing that others are out there fighting the same fight and living their lives positive and Drug free! Its crazy and i dont know but i think ive told you this before, but i was an addict at one point too and i was the same way dude! I had no hobbies when i was getting high and wasn't into anything because the drugs got a hold of my life. I just let go everything that i loved, so when i finally got clean the first thing that i came back was my love for kicks! Just like you, I always loved kicks but when your out getting high and running the streets its like Blinders come over your eyes and nothing matters except for chasing that high. Now, I dont have as many years sober as you do but it makes me feel good to know that the love for sneakers helped you and it makes me appreciate every pair i own even more! Because like you always say, each pair of Kicks is like your own little trophy for being sober and living a positive clean life, and I feel the same way. I think it has allot to do with those blinders we had on, ya kno? We knew we was looking fucked up with dogged up kicks but we didn't give a fuck, so for us to go from that to having some of the illest kicks that we have always wanted since we were kids or our Grails, or the love of newer models or whatever, we just love that feeling of getting a new pair of kicks....that feeling of self accomplishment.....that feeling of just getting dipped in the freshest gear possible and just Breaking necks on a random Tuesday just because!("Like we was born ta do it!") Just the feeling good about yourself, You know what I mean because you have been down and out and have been through those rough times, you can relate because you lived it. So when you say something like your 8 years sober, I know how serious that is and how hard of a journey it was for you to have gotten to where you are at in your life and i just Salute you for it Crispy....Your a real dude and i got mad Respect for you brotha! So again, Congratulations on 8 years Strong!
And as far as the kicks go...I'm with you 110%! I honestly could never see ,myself wearing those Yeezy's, I dont like anything about them and rarely do i ever see a "High Fashion" shoe that i like. I think that you hit the nail on the head when you said either you Love them or you hate them, there is no in between and i feel the same way. From the states I can say I own a few "made in the UK" shoes from NB (some collabs and some general releases) and the quality has always been off the charts impeccable. The seaside collection is beautiful and I just picked up the 1500 you guys did for Starcow in Paris. Expensive over here but the quality is worth it and I preach it to everyone I meet. They're both very similar in color, and I didn't need to have another muted black shoe. I love the concept tho, and I think they killed it.
