Don't like the long questions like in the beginning of this video, the question should be short and crisp. But undoubtedly, Saket, your answer and patience to understand is extraordinary.
This video is going to help a lot of people. The candidate's confusion clearly stated how candidates struggle to understand the requirements of consulting firms in the interviews.
Mr.Saket is the best Project Management teacher... His online course helped a lot to get grip on PM concept and to crack the PMP Credential Much Grateful to you sir!
That was awesome saket! Exactly my problem Although working in large brands I was always small. Saket I really wish I could get help from you. I don’t know how to start! ?
Hi Saket, I am a technical developer having 12 years of experience. But wanted to move into Scrum Project Manager. Could you please let me how and where to start preparation for the interview?
This was a very good video and great content. Saket you gave examples of some of the questions that can be asked to a PO at the end of the video, can you please also give possible answers for them because they sound very intimidating.
Poor beginning very long question. What she wants to convey. ? Must be concise.i tend to lose grip. Great effort Saket. It helps in various way. Thanks for creating such videos
Hi. I'm not in to Management but, have PRINCE2 and PMP terminologies. My aim is to get into or become a Project Manager. Please help me understand "Typical work of a Project Manger in daily Project life?" - What exactly does he do for given 8 hours in Project? I'm aware and understand the terminologies and responsibilities that comes from PRINCE2 and PMP, for Project Manager. But, he is not involved in doing Scope, Quality, Cost, Time Management etc daily for 8 hours. Of course, these would be done in the initial phase of the Project (before starting) but not, once the Project starts. Because Developers does most of the activities until completion of the Project. So, please help me understand on this.
Interesting question, and I am assuming you must have worked in many projects till now, and I am anticipating your each project manager must have different time spending profile for each project. The Project is an Uncertain environment, it is difficult to give one time table for the project since the project may vary significantly. Yes PMBOK knowledge area reflects the major work but the composition of these knowledge areas will be different based on context.
Very well explained Saket as usual, but 1 challenge is other person is talking too much, can we tell them to ask the question Only and then your answer for same. We are not interested to understand their Point of View. Sorry to be frank, but not harsh pls.
This video was not meant for PDUs since it was discussion, you can find more details on earning PDUs here : www.izenbridge.com/blog/how-to-earn-60-pdus-and-maintain-your-pmp-certifications/
Hi Saket I want to have 1-1 session with you for prep for TPM job . I am PMP and ACP certified . I am facing issues in explaining in interview as I have QA background
She sounds like waterfall Project manager, taking 6mins to ask a question, really needs to get agile. I love Saket but had to skip this video because of never concluding question.
Bad start X> Lady is fresher with coordinator job? look like intention to introduce Mr. Saket and then why sharing her work background. totally waste of time first Qst. she is not up to mark & to the point questions. Saket sir has good patience to listen .

This lady took 15 minutes to express what she wants to ask as first question. Kudos to Saket!!!
