Card #17 is right in the middle of a gang attack location. Honestly it doesn't surprise me in this game that I had to kill a group of heavily armed bikers just for a playing card.

For those looking for your last card, make sure you go to the Fort Zancudo one. Its not the main gate, but the one by the Freeway. Also great video! You a real one.
Hey hopefully you all will read this before you get too far in the card search. I take a screenshot/picture of the card number that I didn't see , when I started I had around 14 already, so I sometimes moved on when I thought I had it already. At the end I had one left that I couldn't find. I went through the locations I took a screenshot of and found I had overlooked the TV monitor in one of the convenience stores. I know this is a long comment but hopefully this will be helpful in this hunt and others.

I agree... They’ve added a load of mature stuff to the game & now with gambling as well, yet they won’t let us have a simple topless option for our female characters... And they also just patched the gender swap glitch required for the topless glitch...

For those of you who are missing one, it is 100% the Fort Zancodo you have missed or haven't missed but due to a glitch or bug it didn't count (keep reading), so just go back. Let me explain, when you open the map, for me Fort Zancudo didn't show up like it does in the video. I collected it (or it didn't spawn so I assumed that I already have), but it did not count the next day when I returned, because Fort Zancudo didn't load up on my map. Today, it did load up (like shown in the video) and I went back, and it was there the final card, but I swear I didn't miss it at all (I have commented for every one I stopped at). It defo is a glitch or bug.

There's one extra thing they don't tell you that you unlock and that's the "special Playing Cards framed" as a prop for the penthouse. Go check it out folks.
I am just now collecting these in 2024 and there’s some areas and things I’ve never even seen. Like picnic tables north of Chiliad, the camping spots in the mountains, or the giant chess pieces. Been here since day 1 game is truly amazing.
The great thing about these cards is that if you find all 54, the High Roller outfit can actually be used as an exit disguise for the Big Con approach in the Casino Heist.

Great video. Very helpful. Btw. I think there is more than one location for each card. For instance, card #33 I picked up at the glowing baseball on top of a mountain. Therefore, the one in the bank was missing for me.

For those who miss some cards, check again carefully the locations you missed them. I missed the Fort Zancudo because i went to the wrong entrance and i also missed the one at the pier by mount chilliad because it was on the railing and i was searching it on the floor,lol.
Okay so I know I’m late but just today I decided to finish finding all of the cards as I only had like 20 and at the end I had one missing and decided to look at these comments and saw that you said that you had one missing at the fort Zancudo because you went to the wrong entrance I thought to myself how could you go to the wrong entrance but I ended going there just to make sure and found my final one because I originally went to the wrong entrance as well. If it wasn’t for your comment I wouldn’t of gotten my final card.
I had 53/54 cards but then I realized that I never go to the strip club so I went back to check and it was in the other chair. I only checked one and I thought I must have already had it

Honestly, the female version of the outfit is really nice, but I personally don't like the male one. I'd not wear it. Anyway, are the collectible cards available in coutries where we're not allowed to gamble? And if yes, do they also reward chips for completing? And lastly, do you need a penthouse or at least a membership to collect them? And last question, can you collect them with friends or do they take some time to respawn for the next player?
WOW I was at 52/54... I followed his whole video. The last two cards he grabs where the ones I needed. HOWEVER I remember grabbing the one at the airport when I first started following a map guide. So please if your missing few cards watch the whole video. I actually find it really strange I had gotten those cards. But it never saved and they ended up being the last 2 I needed...

There’s 2 cards I can’t find and I’m mad
For those of you who are missing one, it is 100% the Fort Zancodo you have missed or haven't missed but due to a glitch or bug it didn't count (keep reading), so just go back. Let me explain, when you open the map, for me Fort Zancudo didn't show up like it does in the video. I collected it (or it didn't spawn so I assumed that I already have), but it did not count the next day when I returned, because Fort Zancudo didn't load up on my map. Today, it did load up (like shown in the video) and I went back, and it was there the final card, but I swear I didn't miss it at all (I have commented for every one I stopped at). It defo is a glitch or bug.

There's one extra thing they don't tell you that you unlock and that's the "special Playing Cards framed" as a prop for the penthouse. Go check it out folks.

@Aqua You don't change them. They automatically change on your private gambling table. Best to go in 1st person to check them out.
I am just now collecting these in 2024 and there’s some areas and things I’ve never even seen. Like picnic tables north of Chiliad, the camping spots in the mountains, or the giant chess pieces. Been here since day 1 game is truly amazing.

Btw. I think there is more than one location for each card. For instance, card #33 I picked up at the glowing baseball on top of a mountain. Therefore, the one in the bank was missing for me.

Thank you so much for finding all the playing cards in order because I have to actually drive to all the locations myself since I can’t fly and I don’t want to waste money on a taxi either. This is a super helpful guide :)
For those who miss some cards, check again carefully the locations you missed them. I missed the Fort Zancudo because i went to the wrong entrance and i also missed the one at the pier by mount chilliad because it was on the railing and i was searching it on the floor,lol.
Okay so I know I’m late but just today I decided to finish finding all of the cards as I only had like 20 and at the end I had one missing and decided to look at these comments and saw that you said that you had one missing at the fort Zancudo because you went to the wrong entrance I thought to myself how could you go to the wrong entrance but I ended going there just to make sure and found my final one because I originally went to the wrong entrance as well.
If it wasn’t for your comment I wouldn’t of gotten my final card.

Anyway, are the collectible cards available in coutries where we're not allowed to gamble? And if yes, do they also reward chips for completing? And lastly, do you need a penthouse or at least a membership to collect them?
And last question, can you collect them with friends or do they take some time to respawn for the next player?

WOW I was at 52/54... I followed his whole video. The last two cards he grabs where the ones I needed. HOWEVER I remember grabbing the one at the airport when I first started following a map guide. So please if your missing few cards watch the whole video. I actually find it really strange I had gotten those cards. But it never saved and they ended up being the last 2 I needed...
