Hey i just ordered a pair of these. Sorry if this is a dumb question but could you tell me what kind of power inverter you have? I want to program mine in the office before i install them and dont want to burn them up, thats 12V right?. Thanks
Hey Alex, any wire to connect those white cables together should work. Please consult with you professional installer to make sure that will work on your specific vehicle and setup.

It sounds like your unit is in Alt Sync Mode. To get back to regular Sync (with all flash patterns) please hold the White cable to power for 2 seconds while the unit is connected to power. Yes sir, it's the same way. When it comes to alt sync, you will want to group the units in 2 vs 2 compared to the 1 vs 1 example here.

Hello Cody, that is something we are currently working on, but you can only sync the same series and optic of products right now.
Mine will only alternate slow pattern no other pattern.
