Satya ji mai ne railway vlogs aapke vlog se hi shuru kiya tha covid ke darmyaan, tab se leke aaj tak mai bahut saare railway vlogers ke video's dekh chuka hun magar aapka naration or details ke aage sab phike lagte hai, aap ke kai mitron ke bhi is mein aa jaate hai. Without doubt you are the supper Railway vloger please keep it up.
I also travelled in January this year wherein the menu was exactly the same with the same reaction of my family for food. Had to order food from Kota.
True ,just traveled in 2nd AC 1 week before .
Food is not tasty at all
Only Advantage is speed of train and service
Don't opt for food in rajdhani .

Satya Bhai, I think Delhi Mumbai 160kmph run is surely possible except some patches & very much eager to see the future speedy run experience ; Sad to see the evening snacks quality served in Train being a Mumbai Tejas Rajdhani Premium Train. High speed Station skips, Overtakes & Ctossings are thrilling & superb ; As compare to August Kranti Express stopages for Tejas Rajdhani are very less. As always Sunset view in Rajasthan is very beautiful, Satya Bhai ; Again disappointed with the dinner quality served in Train. Once again proved that Dommino's serves best quality pizzas as compare to local.make in India Vendors ; Except food & automatic door openings other parameters of Tejas Rajdhani are of Top Standards like Cleanliness, Speed, Priority & less stopages. Good to see atlast Breakfast served in Train from Pantry is tasty & delicious with matching Mumbai Rajdhani Standards ; Early morning view of Vasai Creek with Mountains & Monsoon Clouds on top is Outstanding, Satya Bhai. I m sharing my personal experience with you. If you wana have good taste kachori then visit hawamahal in jaipur n move towards jalmahal road. On the left side of road you will find some local shops selling awesome kachori n mirchi vada n other items.

I used to travel often by Mumbai Rajdhani in their 1st class in the late 90's. Food was always served with proper ceramic plates and cutlery. The waiters would be wearing white gloves and serve food as per a person's needs straight from casseroles. And you could be rest assured of the best food possible on Indian railways. Pity to see that the service has deteriorated so drastically.

I did the same journey last week. The 2AC was not any different from a normal 2 AC in any LHB coach. The food was just as disappointing. Veg and non-veg both had the same insipid gravy with paneer in the veg and two boiled chicken pieces in non-veg and the dry subzi was also very disappointing. The tracks seem to have been fully fenced and hopefully we see a speed increase to 160 kmph with twin WAP5 haulage from Aug 15th.
