What if i need to find overall average out of N variables. example each student takes 5 subjects. I want to compute a row mean for each student. Eugen mean does work there is syntax error
I have 6 different variables that I will like to combine into one new variable. Each variable are yes, no, not sure. I am looking to have all the yes(6 variables) no(6variables) not sure(6 variables) merged now in the new variable. I have a large observations of at least 30,000. Please help😔

does egen has geometric mean function
The *egen* command does not have a function for geometric means. However, you can compute geometric means with the *ameans* command. Please type *help ameans* to learn more.
