Believe or not. I have started to listen this everyday since one year ago. Every day I spent around 2-5 minutes listening to this. Back in a year ago, I had no motivation to do almost anything, I let the time run out everyday and end up myself with a lot of works tomorrow. Then I came to this while scrolling, I listened and it made me realized so much things I never considered it seriously. And it give me motivation to change myself, to say "No" to delay, to excuses, to circumstances. I don't need a new year to change myself. I don't need a month to get my deadlines finished.
