Puerto Rico Airbnb Update and Pool Build Progress

If you are thinking of buying real estate in Puerto Rico either to live or rent out as a short term rental, then you should watch all of my videos on the process I've been going through here in Puerto Rico. It's been 5 months since I did an update video because the pool that was supposed to be finished in October didn't get finished until Feb. And we STILL have problems with the pool. I'll take you around the backyard and tell you what has been going on in this video.

Great work! We just rented a home in PR with a pool, and they used artificial turf around the pool and it seems to work out well. I think that will help keep grass and dirt out of the pool.

That is our top choice. We found a guy to do concrete in that area for a good price. Then next time we come down I think we will add the fake grass. They use weed eaters to do the grass here so it gets everywhere so we don't want grass close to the pool.

Yea, I tried having people oversee things, but they just don't know what you want. If you want it done right, you have to be there. I couldn't be there all the time, so it didn't get done right. That is the lesson from this.
