A good to check out is " My Heart With You" ( Christmas under the stars). They also do this song on this years Evergreen Christmas tour without mics. A fabulous 5 part harmony.

Just saw them in concert and my lord they are as advertised live; simply otherworldly. They did "My Heart With You" and I still get chills thinking about it now. The one that did it for me of course was "The Prayer". Thanks all of you.

Except it's not an original. It's a cover from a group named The Rescues done in 2010. But it is a beautiful cover. The video for the original is very cool, too. Check it out.

Try The Prayer and Take My Heart also Over The River. All are from the Evergreen Album.
They are on tour right now in the US, so they are getting lots of practice. They are singing this song in their concerts. Unfortunately, when I went to the concert here, the mics were not right for a cappella. You know what I mean. It was in an arena with 10,000 people. The acoustics were poor, too. Disappointing, but still glad to be there with all the other Pentaholics. They are doing many live concerts for different TV shows, too. They are going to be part of the White House Christmas concert on 12/24 as well. Thank you for your reaction. If you react to other PTX videos, I'll be there to watch.

Big Mama Dingo Killing Verse is a video i think you guys would like. it's a compilation of various songs of theirs and they perform them live. Many talented singers go on Dingo & do this as well so if you like it I highly recommend checking out others.
Mitch is an authentic countertenor, so that’s why those high tessitura lines are so easy for him to articulate!

@@rlhcat7662 Mitch IS a countertenor! His use of his voice is placed differently because he sings pop! True counter-tenors are NOT singing falsetto! Counter-tenors came into vogue in the 16th century and were usually castrati! That’s why there are few authentic counter-tenors in the modern age! That does NOT mean you have to be a castrati to have this timbre; there just were just not enough natural singers with this range to meet the demand.
Regarding the veracity of this argument, there have been many vocal coaches who have reacted on RUclips attesting Mitch is a counter-tenor, but he pitches his voice in a pop manner-not Renaissance style! As a composer-pianist with many years of listening to singers, I agree with the coaches!
@@rmac1042 You are wrong, but you can be so. In many years of listening to reactors, I have heard only one of them, very recently, ever refer to Mitch as a countertenor, and who knows how many countertenor concerts she has gone to or whom she has coached. Real students of voice know that Mitch is not a countertenor, and that countertenors do only sing in falsetto. Singing countertenor takes many years of training specifically to sing in that manner. Mitch is a tenor, plain and simple. He does some singing in falsetto or mixed voice, but so do Scott and Kevin and sometimes even Matt, but that doesn't make them a countertenor either.

Awesome reaction I am always amazed at just how intelligent all three of you are and you're always given some awesome feedback on every video you do. I totally love Pentatonix and you can never go wrong with them, I have been following them since they first came out many years ago. I have been trying to get several reaction channels to check out an S. Korean singer which I love so much and am a huge fan of her. Her name is Cho Yong Jin aka ALi Cho, a singer that I have collected every MV she has done since 2010 and have boughten 8 of her albums and many singles. She is also known as S. Korea's crying voice and Queen of Immortal songs 2, she ranges from Kpop, Ktrot, pansori, ballads, and so plus she does sings several songs in English, I just think she is very underrated and deserves to be heard around the world.
