Beautiful video. I just re-watch this drama. Painter of the wind is really my all time favorite and I really watch a lot of drama. This one to me is perfect in all its aspects. Acting is top notch, music is beautiful, cinematography is wonderful, story is intriguing with great writing. And here you have the most beautiful couple on any drama with the purest love of all. I don't make the rule, they've won best couple award for a reason. Women couple which is unbelievable in Korea, but they did. Their chemistry is insane. And also the best teacher/pupil relationship I have ever seen. Until now I didn't find anything similar or comparable to this gem. I wish more people would've watch it. This is not a drama but a poem.

I found one is similar but in Western is such a poem like this drama is 'Portrait of a lady on fire' which won Cannes 2019 is an epic, romantic and historical similar I can reccommend these two are win the best award in my heart please find it ^^. And thanks alot for your comment ^^
@ yeah guys the Handmaiden and portrait of Lady on fire are masterpieces. I prefer the Handmaiden mostly because I'm a sucker for Korean girls 😍. And even so, it's sounds weird I would rather watch something more exotic than my own country girls lol.
@@renrenwentaway it's an open ending, you can interpret it as you like. Don't want to spoil too much for you but you can easily imagine it's good. At least you can watch this drama without fearing to see any of the girls dying in the end. You should watch it. I suggest to really focus on their scenes because all of them are really suggesting stuff that the writers couldn't obviously show on TV. It's actually brilliant and the acting, cinematography, and music are stellar. 👌👍
I hope there is potw 2 and yunbok jeong hyang can be together..I know it sounds ridiculous girlxgirl but they are so beautiful to be together...moon chae won is so beautiful while moon geun young so manly and handsome there..they both are best actress

@ i agree!! Portrait of a Lady on Fire is a gem. One of the best movies i've seen along with The Handmaiden, a must watch movies! :)
