Why? Charging criminals with crimes is what you are supposed to do. The real risk is being scared to charge a person for crimes you have evidence of. The US justice system leans heavily in favor of the accused, particularly when they have money to afford good lawyers. If Trump isn't guilty, he will not be convicted.
