Before their concert in Berlin, SF9 actually came outside the concert venue to meet fans that were queuing. I've never seen a group do that before. I met them at the Hi Touch afterwards and they were so kind and gracious. They deserve all the love and support in the world. SF9 fighting!!!!!
The difference that I can see between 2nd/3rd gen and 4th gen Kpop groups is how they do their stage performances. 2nd/3rd gen focuses more on their skills (singing, dancing, rapping) while the 4th gen is focusing more on stunts, special effects, concepts. Having said that, I can see that the 2nd/3rd gen idols are enjoying their stages more. Their performances are simpler but they can showcase their individual skills better - the lasting impact is on their skills not their stunts.
for sure! as someone who became a kpop stan in late 2017 and still ults groups that are all 3rd gen with focus on song production and vocals/performance, i often say exactly what you did! it's upsetting tbh bc there definitely are talented idols in 4th gen but the change that is 4th gen kpop is so much different and i honestly hate it. i miss 3rd gen so much and all of the 3rd gen groups are disbanding so we're losing that 3rd gen signature sound and all the groups that can offer it

I can still remember the past comebacks when sf9 used to do acrobatics. Like their choreography was so hard (K.O, jungle game, roar, fanfare, enough, rpm) they did lots of jumping as well as stunts, they experimented lots of concepts and tried different genres but I believe Good Guy is the concept that suits them well. they literally looked ethereal in their suits and they just looks so incredible with this gentleman concept.

Their voices, their suits, their styles, their synchronization, their visual, their talent all of these more than perfect.. sf9 are models, actors, producers, dancers, choreographers and idols those are the real mens who should have more recognition in the world.
Honestly i agree with what SF9 do in this introduction stage.. coz this is just introduction.. they use it to introduce their members and their physical by walking to the middle of the stage and then introduce some of their dance and vocal.. how to say, u dont need to show too much to someone that u barely just know.. u just need to let them know a bit about ur personality.. too much is not good.. and if too much, people will expect too much as well and mostly will ended bad.. lol

Also idk but i felt like it could also be like a message: "Look you guys said we were like models, and you're right since we're able to attract everyone's attention just with our charisma, but wait until the show truly starts. 0:53 We're SF9 and now you'll se how talented we are as a group." In a way this introduction stage makes the transition beetween the image ppl had of SF9 until now, all walking on their own, doing their own thing. But Kingdom brought them together in a way, and to them it's where they'll be able to really show their true potential as idols/performers to the world. This was a really good introcuction Imo nothing dramatic, but simply raw talent. Good luck Fantasies, you guys have been doing great despite the size of the fandom tbh! Whoooaaah. Like this is literally what's on my mind. Me and my bff are both fantasy, she's the one who introduced sf9 to me. And we just talked about this like yesterday. That Sf9's concept is Gentlemen in Suits. This just an introduction. Just a teaser of their talents. Think of it like watching a movie, you wont be able to see the climax or the plot at the beggining of the story. This is just an appetizer of what they can do. The introductory stage is already so imapctful from the entrance. That walking, the cleaness, those suits, the vocals, the choreography, the stage setup...everything brought together made such a wholesome performance.

Hello, idk if many of the non-fantasies don’t know this but SF9 are showing a glimpse of their talent in this performance. Their catchphrase “to be sensation” is meaningful for a reason. They are slowly building up the hype that they will eventually surprise the world with their talent. This is only the beginning for SF9 to be fully recognized internationally and we must support them because they cause nothing but love to us fantasy
This shows their professionalism. How can they learn from their mistakes, analyze the situation and get better and better. I am proud to be a part of the fandom :)
I feel so sorry for them bc I know SF9 won't win. I'm so sick of it, the lineup is straight up unfair. Who had the idea of putting SF9, a pretty underrated group international and then stray kids and ateez in one show, where international fans have to vote? It just doesn't make sense to me. We all know who will win anyway.

It's okay to acknowledge that but it's a motivation for us to work harder. SF9 keeps on working hard and practicing for this. Fantasy cannot just accept oh we will lose while sf9 is working hard. Trust SF9 bcs they trust us also. As 🦁 said: whatever the results may be, the most important is to finish it well without anyone getting hurt. in that way, we can finally bring out the album that we have been preparing diligently. Just look at what happened to Oh My Girl! if anyone was wondering why rowoon didn't dance.. he injured his back and he's been on a hiatus on activities involving dancing for 8 months already. He was able to join and dance together with the others for the first time last kcontact that is why we might see him perform for the 2nd round of the competition (since he was not present on the first round based from the teasers) he was also filming his latest drama 'She Would Never Know' during the preparation of the groups for the introduction stage to first stage (?) Please take time to watch the drama because it gets better every episode, do take note that he filmed the whole drama while he was still recovering from his back injury :-) Just like him, 7/9 members of the group were filming their respective dramas, webdramas, and musical during the preparation period and some of the filmings are still on-going as of today. They're trying their best that is why i hope we can all do too~

I can still remember the past comebacks when sf9 used to do acrobatics. Like their choreography was so hard (K.O, jungle game, roar, fanfare, enough, rpm) they did lots of jumping as well as stunts, they experimented lots of concepts and tried different genres but I believe Good Guy is the concept that suits them well. they literally looked ethereal in their suits and they just looks so incredible with this gentleman concept.

Honestly i agree with what SF9 do in this introduction stage.. coz this is just introduction.. they use it to introduce their members and their physical by walking to the middle of the stage and then introduce some of their dance and vocal.. how to say, u dont need to show too much to someone that u barely just know.. u just need to let them know a bit about ur personality.. too much is not good.. and if too much, people will expect too much as well and mostly will ended bad.. lol

Also idk but i felt like it could also be like a message: "Look you guys said we were like models, and you're right since we're able to attract everyone's attention just with our charisma, but wait until the show truly starts. 0:53 We're SF9 and now you'll se how talented we are as a group." In a way this introduction stage makes the transition beetween the image ppl had of SF9 until now, all walking on their own, doing their own thing. But Kingdom brought them together in a way, and to them it's where they'll be able to really show their true potential as idols/performers to the world. This was a really good introcuction Imo nothing dramatic, but simply raw talent. Good luck Fantasies, you guys have been doing great despite the size of the fandom tbh! It's okay to acknowledge that but it's a motivation for us to work harder. SF9 keeps on working hard and practicing for this. Fantasy cannot just accept oh we will lose while sf9 is working hard. Trust SF9 bcs they trust us also.
As 🦁 said: whatever the results may be, the most important is to finish it well without anyone getting hurt. in that way, we can finally bring out the album that we have been preparing diligently.

Just look at what happened to Oh My Girl! I’m sure SF9 went in knowing the stakes, but I think they also realized the most rewarding aspect would be garnering new fans and being able to explore new concepts and do fun performances. No matter what happens, SF9 will walk away with so much more than what they had when they came in!!

if anyone was wondering why rowoon didn't dance.. he injured his back and he's been on a hiatus on activities involving dancing for 8 months already.
He was able to join and dance together with the others for the first time last kcontact that is why we might see him perform for the 2nd round of the competition (since he was not present on the first round based from the teasers)
he was also filming his latest drama 'She Would Never Know' during the preparation of the groups for the introduction stage to first stage (?) Please take time to watch the drama because it gets better every episode, do take note that he filmed the whole drama while he was still recovering from his back injury :-)
Just like him, 7/9 members of the group were filming their respective dramas, webdramas, and musical during the preparation period and some of the filmings are still on-going as of today.

This seems to be the first time I watch an SF9 performance. God they are SO great! They stand out very much. Elegant, powerful, bright, sexy, original. I don’t remember any more groups that look so organic in classic costumes ... Like a breath of fresh air. Wow ....
