What is the different between Houston and Dallas ? Life style wise besides the prices of apartments
In my opinion Houston is more fast paced with the going out scene and things you can do and Dallas is a bit more bougie. Houston is more humid and often has warmer temperatures as well. Other than that they are very similar and both offer great opportunities for growth whether you work in a certain field/industry or you’re an entrepreneur.
What would you say the average utility bills would be for a 1 bedroom apt. in DFW area?
My bill was about $60 a month but I’ve heard as low as $40 and as high as $120 for a 1br it depends on who you get your energy with and which plan you choose with them
