Katie mentioned at 1:39:31 "You should have all of your ISBN formats on one book otherwise you have to have three different versions of your book with different ISBNS." Can you please clarify this?
I saw another video on You-tube where they said you always need a separate ISBN for each format (even with the same book... one ISBN for hardcover, one ISBN for paperback, one ISBN for e-book). Is this not true? Thanks

You have all the different ISBNs listed on the copyright page, labeled with which one is which format.

Do you recommend writing the font designer in the book credits?

Depends on the attribution expectations for that font.

Where would one find a book designer to consult on a book? I released a children’s book locally and sell it from my website. I’m now wanting to make the book available anywhere in the world through POD, I have resized it and am trying to finalise a cover but can’t seem to settle on anything.

Hi Vicky, do you have any idea how I can really reduce the file size of my Kindle eBook size so I can offer it for 99 cents.
