Pikmin 3 Mission Mode - Collect Treasure #09 (DLC): Twilight Hollow Remix (Platinum/No Deaths)

In Collect Treasure, the goal is to gather every single thing in the map. Every fruit, gold nugget and dead monster must be retrieved before time is up to score a Platinum medal. The more time is left, the higher your final score will be.

Pikmin available: Rock / Winged
This is the fourth Collect Treasure stage of the first DLC wave.
In this remixed version, you can grow more rock and winged pikmin by bringing back monsters to the onion! You're pretty much set on rocks with what you have, but a few more can't hurt, right? Definitely grow tons of winged pikmin, though, as you'll need them the most.
There's tons of gold nugget piles in this stage, TONS. The key to clearing this map is to work on these piles as soon as you can. Even if you leave one or two winged pikmin, it'll be enough. Then, clean them all up after you're finished with the enemies and their fruit.

How do you determine the exact number of Pikmin to work on the nugget piles?

With math. A pile of 30 for example, you can do 3 trips with 10 Pikmin, 5 trips with 6, 6 with 5 or 10 with 3. Or you can put all 30 at once. Depends on the size and the distance from the base.

You either notice them on the screen or in the map in the gamepad. You can look at the gamepad map before starting the mission.
