(SRT4) Did it Jump Timing or is it Cammed Out?

Another vid, on what is going on with this #srt4 its on stock cams and its throwing a code P0016 so here we are to try and see what the problem is.

I have a neon srt 4 that gave me a code of p0300 and p0304. Change the injector, spark plugs, ignition coils. Check everything can it be timing problem??
