In my experience.... level 78 did it for USUM. Elite Four was a pain, but I managed in one try with some prep and careful planning on learning moves to restore pp to limit how many ether I needed.
I planned ahead, but with the moves available to us at that point in time, it didn't do us any good. If I had access to toxic, I could toxic stall at least
@SpiritBomb1994 Actually, I didn't toxic stall at any point. I did, however, evade and heal scum with moonlight for healing and only Actually used only two attacking moves for most of the elite 4 battles plus Hau. Just had to plan which moves to use in advance and luckily had Hidden Power: Ice.
Umbreon - having the highest Special Defense and the second highest Defense after Leafeon (110 vs 130) - is like the main tank of the Eeveelutions. Tanking all the damage it resists or isn't weak against. That explains the epic muscular Umbreon in the thumbnail.

Echoed voice was also stupidly useful.
