My approach for my hair fall control. I mixed 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in my liitlleextraa cocooonion shampoo during application and I kept on continuing this for a 3-4 months and I noticed my hair fall reduced a lot.
I didn’t think initially that a shampoo could change the game. I was deeply troubled by the amount of hairfall, but once I tried this Cooconion shampoo, I really saw results from the very first use. It brought back the shine to my hair, my hair felt moisturized and soft, and it smells fantastic. Ladies, you should definitely try it, nothing works as quickly and effectively. I’m very grateful.
You are THE BEST. Because of you (and some youtubers) I did my own GLOW UP using all your tips!!!! I changed everything my appearance , my mindset , my surroundings , I left the job that I hated and started travelling around the world with my italian boyfriend. I was inspired to have my RUclips channel about my own GLOW UP so that one video got 500k views (Honestly I'M STILL SHOCKED) (btw your advice about hair is the best!! works 100%)
I actually heard you’re not supposed to brush your hair after using a scalp massager because your scalp is very fragile afterwards. Instead it better to only to brush it prior to hair oiling/massaging to avoid more hair fall out than necessary :)
I find that after oiling my hair's so much more softened and smooth, so brushing it is a lot easier. I brush before and after, have been doing so forever! Find what works for you!
What my mother does is and this is soemthing all the women of our HOUSE FOLLOWS They use oil to detangle their hair so once all the tangles have come off, then then they comb their hair. It's gets easier to comb and there is almost ZERP HAIR FALL AFTER THAT
The parachute trauma is so real😭😭 The amount of "greasy", "sweaty" comments I got as a kid were so bad because my mum would genuinely drench my hair in oil. But my hair is so long and thick and healthy to this day so I guess it was worth it??
@Sui Des I do give credit to my genes but I did swim quite a bit growing up and I use heat on my hair so there are definitely a few things I have done to compromise its health/length/thickness. Also I'm not Indian!
I love Ayurvedic hair care as someone with type 4 hair. I’ve seen the most results from using henna, amla, and hibiscus. Doing nightly Indian scalp massages and using products from henna sooq has made my hair incredibly dense. Also drinking Bhrinraj tea nightly 💕
Can you elaborate on what you mean by incredibly dense, please? Like what difference it made and how long it took because my hair is not very full and I'm wondering if this will make it thicker.
I’m subbing for her hair videos. I am desi but even desis sometimes need to be reminded what really works on desi hair!!!!!!!!!! And yes Dyson works on Indian hair very well.
GAWD she really is the most beautiful girl i've EVER LAID my eyes on!!! The curly/bouncyness of her hair after a shower makes me WEEEEEP 😭😭so gorgeous fr.
My hair is chin length rn with some curtain bangs and i just want my long hair back bro. You might think having short hair is so nice and low maintenance but as a perfectionist I cannot leave my room without my hair looking perfect all the time so im really hard on myself for that reason. At first I was influenced to cut myself short hair to get the Emma Chamberlain hair cut she had at one point, but I quickly realized that the way my hair dries naturally, doesn't suit the short blunt haircut as I was expecting... I have very straight hair but when you get to my ends their all over the place. some full on curly, some pin straight, wavey, and I just look like a maniac after a shower lol. So after years of trimming my hair short almost every other week, I think I have finally decided to take it upon myself to grow it out. At this point literally for my mental health's sake. I actually just started today after googling some home remedies. I did this whole pre-shower thing with keratin leave in conditioner, the inversion method, lavender oil, and egg whites before I got in the shower. And I can say, I think my hair looks somewhat more shiny and more voluminous. Now, I was thinking about starting up this rice water trend or rosemary water but after all this i'm not even sure if its helping or not. For such a long time I have been dreaming about having this long hair but I'm just too scissor happy so I was never able to make it to that point. I would say all this last year, and the year before. but ended up just cutting in again. But I think its finally starting to click in my brain that to grow your hair, you cant cut it, you cant drench it in hairspray and straighten it for 20 minutes, while holding up literal hair ripping hairstyles, and rough drying your hair with a towel. So I think today is the year. At some point during my life, I want to get that booty length hair but for now my goal for this year is probably just the top of my armpits if you can eyeball that. I'm just hoping that all this home remedy rice water and eggs crap isn't all for nothing 😭
You mentioned your curls losing their shape since moving to LA. California has pretty hard water. That could be the culprit. Maybe incorporating a hard water shampoo into your routine or installing a shower filter if you haven't already. Loved the video. Thanx for sharing. 😊
Your hair type is identical to mine! I swear by natural treatments for my hair. My hair is past my butt and wavy black just like yours! I recently had to cut like three inches of hair because it’s just growing like crazy. And it’s still past my butt. I’m don’t use anything fancy to be honest. I use Hask shampoo and conditioner from Walmart. I do weekly treatments of Greek yogurt, egg, and olive oil or jojoba oil. I also do apple cider vinegar rinse every week. That’s it. Oh I limit heat styling to every other week and it has made a huge difference. I want to try that Hadasa oil thank you for this video!!
Ayurveda is such a sophisticated system and wonderful lens through which to view the world. I was very fortunate enough to study ayurveda in Kerala and it changed my life. Thank you for sharing ✨️
❗️🌼It's good to put moisture in the hair when it's dry and needed. It's also good to deep clean and purify occasionally to remove build up. Build up can cause the hair to fall and grow slower.... I use a very cheap suave deep cleansing shampoo to detox my hair from build up because it has a sulfate ingredient that removes oil and build up. I of course use a hair oil mixed with conditioner in the shower to put the moisture back into the ends of my hair . And I also add conditioner with no oil to the scalp so it's not dry . . 😊 the oil with conditioner in the shower does a miracle!!! I use orange bottle vMoroccan oil sleek and shine and mix it in my palm with conditioner. Just a tip that will help your curls even more.. sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is also better for the hair. It's a game changer . I also have very very long hair past my butt. It's straight tho
Woah u have such a beautiful hair, at first i thought it was wavy at the ends, but to my surprise, after the wash,it's very curly, but still looking cute and omg ur hilarious💗 but honestly oils just don't seem to work well for me,i prefer creams. Wait, THAT is what hair “in terrible shape” that hasn’t been washed in 9 or 10 days looks like for you? Your hair looks better than my hair looks at the end of freaking day 1 😫
Google Ayurveda. It’s an ancient Indian medicinal book. It has alot about haircare and skincare as well as diet. Indians have been doing all these things since thousands of years.
ive started using the mielle hair oil, and my hair is falling out like never before. I heard this is normal but I dont know how much longer to carry this on as its freaking me out. Does anyone have any idea when this stops and I will begin seeing results? Or should I stop using it altogether...?
@kaavakivi hi darling I like to put my hair in high buns sometimes as a protective style cab you pls tell me if I can use coconut oil and leave it for 1 week until wash day ? Or if you have any other oils that are a leave in ? Many thanks☺️🙏

Hey there! I just finished watching your video on hair growth secrets and I have to say, I was blown away by all the amazing tips you shared! As someone who's always struggled with growing out my hair, I really appreciated how thorough you were in explaining the science behind hair growth and the different factors that can impact it. I loved how you emphasized the importance of nutrition and making sure to eat a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals. The tips you gave on using essential oils and massage techniques to stimulate hair growth were also super helpful and something I'm definitely going to try. I also appreciated how you gave advice on things to avoid that can hinder hair growth, like over-styling and using too much heat. It's easy to forget that our hair needs TLC just like the rest of our body, and your video was a great reminder of that. Overall, I thought your video was super informative and inspiring. I can't wait to implement some of these tips into my own hair care routine and hopefully see some amazing results.
