Militancy is sole reason for conflict..nothing new... This was seen many times even during congress...now they are playing politics as if it is new. Yes BJP govt is not acting instantly but steadily and slowly...coz the militants group do not negotiate with govt since Rajiv Gandhi time. The firing and conflict is actually between two insurgent groups ...kuki and Meitei and also some nagas.
