The problem honestly isn’t that it’s st2 on dirt, it’s that the route is just a reused rally segment instead of using this chance to make a hybrid rally/street segment
Im gona be the first to say this here but, what was IVT thinking with st2 off road routes? It’s like they either ran out of space on the map for actual new routes or whoever came up with this idea and the one who approved it wanted to troll their player base hard😂😭
It's not like they don't have any more roads for new routes, the map isn't that small though, there are still a lot of unused roads, for both road cars and rally cars.
There's still so many routes to do, definitely not running out of space yet, they're just being lazy or trying to stretch the life of the game by releasing new routes later
Oh my... I did perform in off-road routes with ST2 for the first time yesterday. This new route in Diamond Head is crazy though and quite annoying how to handle much better in dirt section.
I can't wait to get this vehicle in tcm shop! Also, they can add ST2 in the dirt but can't implement boats in the grand races? That's just crazy to me.
I'm glad the Gordon Murran T50 is more controllable. I am really fed up the way the Koenigsegg Agera slides and drifts when you don't want it to, even though it handles better.
I kinda like the unpredictability of Grand Races. Some routes require you to use a class twice, some gives you the option of a plane in one of the sections, or you get given the route called *_The Test_* from the new Hollywood Action playlist with the incorrect class. Not gonna lie, I like to see more events where you are forced to use a car that was not meant to be designed for the dirt.
When paths are new I do better because camera is so low I can’t see the road most of the time, so I navigate by map. Yesterday I won my 2nd grand race in lifetime 😂
Regarding the sensitivity, i didnt go down, i actually went up. The cars maintain their grip easily even with such settings. Even at low speeds they are completwly fine to drive. But the agera r does feel like i am using direct mode. So i think i am better off with the t50. My setting is sens 85 and max lock 70. Max lock 75 is also good to use but it might remove some of the twitchiness and snappiness of the car. 70 might cost u little more speed loss than 75. The choice is urs in max lock between 70 and 75
Dude you are just too freaking good there was no one even close to and that was at 30% the way in. I like seeing you in semi-sweat races from a competition standpoint. Good info on this car I haven't driven it yet I am super behind. I looked at your list you showed there are at least 3 cars in your Top 10 I cant control its the Agera, Gemera and the P1 although I still like driving this one for whatever reason probably cause its my dream Mclaren lol. I am away on travel cant wait to get back and play as I have both Gordon Murrays importing over as well as try the new sliders and direct mode. I hope your channel continues to grow you put more effort into your videos than most people who have even bigger race platforms and we appreciate it
I feel exactly the same on some routes with any of the wheel setting when i drive perfect lines, its when i make slight mistakes sensitivity sliders make slight emprovements, direct mode is even better, but still my best runs withing margin of error less than 0.01 sec
Ive been using the controller setting since you told us and my gosh the gap ive benn putting down its insane i didn't ask for it i was fine with the regular settings but now ive gotten faster and putting down faster times

Its not a stupid idea or race as you think as some of you guys think, For those of you complaining they using Street cars on dirt, its a game get used to it, just like doing races in drift cars or going off road in a monster truck race, using hypercar off road is ok because you want to be the greatest in the world, tut, got used to them quick enough didnt you, if you dont like these kinda races go and play GT7.

The turn at 22% is a major factor so many go so wide or just smack the cement
Im definitely starting to see improvement with the settings, on the Summits my scores for events are over 100k but still not in the Millions in Rank.
