- Palast Revue is the most ambitious show program ever performed by "Max Raabe & Palast Orchester". Max Raabe sings 37 German, Italian and English songs.
Dressed in nifty white tie and tails, this unique cabaret is a mix of elegance and kitsch. Raabe is accompanied by his elegant Palast Orchester and, in his inimitable style, performs songs from the 20s and 30s and pop classics such as Tom Jones Sexbomb and New York, New York.
Max and the Orchester are also joined throughout the concert by a formidable nine head ballet company
This show, the beautiful dancers, this charming song and Max Raabe and his Palastorchestra are an amazing combination of style and class .

Those girls are so beautiful and very professional, the platform shoes is not a big deal, is just part of choreography. Bravo Max, excellent voice, great musicians and all you are very talented.
Just got it and it is Palast Revue from 2003, it looks great on dvd The dancers are gorgeous and have many more views
This brings tears to my eyes, we can still make great jazz cabaret shows as this in modern times.

Absolutely fantastic, Max Raabe, the orchestra and dancers performed perfectly.
After finding Max and his Orchestra quite by chance on here last week, I must admit I have become obsessed .Have ordered DVD. Great stuff, can't get the songs out of my head.

This Singer is totally amazing , the Band if I should dare to call them that ,micro orchestra , big band whatever ,are just as amazing as for the Dancers ,well if I met Dr Who tomorrow I would just love to visit this era , possibly the birthplace of modern dance whatever , and Max Raabe he is a genius !

You can find many performances of "You're Driving Me Crazy" here but only one "Hallo, was machst du heut Daisy." Of course, they're the same song. Max is the best.
