- Hell awaits the 1st Panzer Army as they begin to spearhead the initial Soviet Defensive line in the Donbass. Given certain circumstances... the Soviets this time in 1943 have had time to begun constructing appropriate and... significant defences. I have a bunch of questions and i'd love you guys to answer to make sure all videos going forward are top quality. So in reference to Graviteam Tactics videos (AND BE PERFECTLY HONEST!) do you prefer when I focus on specific parts of the battle, IE: leaving the focus on infantry, tanks, or others for awhile without moving or more free roam? Do I talk too much, and if so how much should it be reduced and at what moments? I get concerned that I ruin the moment by chatting during a huge firefight, could use the advice. Have you played any off the Combat Mission games? Wasn't sure how they both compared. I did pick up the Graviteam game on sale and Call of Arms to try out. I'm all over the map when it comes to games but I've always had an enjoyment of WW2. I've been going back n forth watching Graviteam vids and Combat Mission vids to get a proper evaluation. Enjoying the full scope of your playthrough. Thanks
Oh absolutely a ton, please check them out on my channel. Best way I could explain it is the element of "Orders" which is so well represented in Combat Mission is x2 that in Graviteam. AKA: sometimes your guys due to lack of command points and/or general battlefield situations "heavy enemy fire" will simply not follow your orders. There is also a delay in receiving said orders depending on the COMMS troops you have in between each unit.

i just discovered this game today found it on my steam recommends, this has what my taste as far as a ww2 strategy game goes to a friggin tea. I have played them all company of heroes 1 & 2, men of war, Steel Division 2, all of them are good in their own right. But I can never stick to them because of how it does not capture what the grind and brutality this war was. This on the otherhand looks to be perfect and the developers certainly did their homework. I have not looked at the DLC's but I would hope they have the Battle of the Bulge, Falaise Gap, and maybe even some of the Italian front battles. gonna be gorging on the content thanks for the video

"Stepanovka" Mius Front, sort of the final push for the Wehr in the East, plenty of Tigers, Panthers and veterans. All soon to change.
