I miss Zimbabwe 🇿🇼, I miss africa, I miss the weather and sunshine. I miss actually living in spacious accommodation lol Europe is very expensive. I miss playing in the pool in the back yard. I miss school days at Arundel and going for sports. I miss the ice cream man! , going shopping with mom and going for holiday at the Victoria Falls. I miss africa.... I miss my home, I miss my old friends. I wish for new younger and fresh leaders and I wish for prosperity for all Zimbabweans. Zimbabwean deserve their old fun lives back.
The way you just made me soooo emotional, surely time moves soooo fast it waits for no one. Yeah home is always the best place to be, but at the end of the day you have to move on asi you always know where to go when the tough gets going.

I lived in Marlborough along Adylinn road and my morning wake up call would be the mooing of dairy cattle from the farm at the end of the road. Westgate shops was a farm as well. Such tranquil and wonderful life it was.

Juuk not too easy to say, I’m pretty young so I don’t know but I know that we were one of the first houses to be built in the brook so we were lucky enough to get it quite cheap

This is somewhat confusing. With all the stories about insecurity and squatters moving into other peoples' homes, one would think these homes would be ringed with electric fences etc. It seems like Zim is safer than other African economic giants.
Do you know all these houses are inside a gated complex (Borrowdale Brooke) with 24 hour security at the main gate where you can't just get in without a pass?
Its a tiny gated community with less than 50 houses owned by very wealthy people and not at all representative of the rest of the city which is in a sorry state because of the economy . To me It looks more like the middle class neighbourhoods of south africa albeit with larger yards .
