    It's not a bad idea to use something like a +0.07mm offset on make solid before boolean subtraction, so there is a litte bit of separation between the inside of the splint and the outside of the teeth, and the guard actually can slide on without any undue force/fractures

    great tutorial, I would add block undercuts procedure (extrusion) and some offset to tooth impresion in nightguard (extrusion)

    Hi great video Doctor. Thank you for the lesson. I’m having issues with the fit of the guard. It fits too tight and doesn’t fit unless I use an acrylic Bur to open the space up. Any ideas on how to fix the fit?

    hi, thanks very much, very interesting,I tried but when doing boelean difference I have always a message of " a fatal error has occured in the corrent tool", what can i do? does anyone had the same error message? thanks for help

    How are you converting your RST files to STL? Is this the process which your friend's wife does for $18?

    Awesome video !! However when I tried it I am getting the following error (after clicking accept for boolean difference sterp)- " An unknown fatal error has occurred with this current tool. Aborting" Any suggestions? please help

      Have you been able to correct the issue? I have found following the steps meticulously will not result in errors as shown in the video.

      Gilbert Perez Yes same here... I tried it again carefully following the steps and it worked fine... Apparently the error occurs when there is some kind of error in your models
