Ozzy looked healthy here but his stutter and slurred speech began around this time or the year earlier in 1990. Up until the late 80's he spoke clearly, without a stutter or slurred speech.
Downers? Why does everyone always think they can diagnose what drug somebody has taken? How do you know that? How do you know he didn’t perhaps take a painkiller and then maybe have an alcoholic beverage with that? You don’t know what he took, so stop making assumptions people.

I can only imagine the excitement listening to it for the first time after its release.
