Very interesting and insightful conversation. As to your general understanding of Islam, it is not a factual one, and if this is something you would like to consider, I invite you to read the Qur'an for yourself, from cover to cover. Please continue your work as the Western young people need this.

The point is he doesn't have to Learn about the Quran.. guests should be guests. You shouldn't take advantage of their good will.

@@redhood2170 well they can take advantage of their good will, because they are kuffar and kuffar are the worst of creation according to quran. Meaning they values represent nothing. Not my words, many hadith and laws in Reliance of Traveller look at kuffar as lowest who deserve no respect. 7th century mindset. Sad!

My understanding of Islam is factual. Not only do I understand it, but I have also lived in Egypt for almost a year, so very much experienced it.

Just living in Egypt isn't enough to give you a true reflection of Islam. Islam is encompassed by all cultures, different cultures have different customs and practices of Islam. The overarching message of Islam is to submit to the one true God. Regardless of race, previous creed or dogma. Islam is a practical way of life and the Quran is the source of this. These days it's been diluted by different cultures and customs. @@ManiphestoMen

@@bZaLDN No. But many conversations with Muslims as well as my theology studies has helped deepen my understanding. I am aware of all of that as your understanding. I didn't realise that there were Muslims following this channel though. Interesting.

Because of technological advancements we are so far up our own arses we’ve lost the basics of being human. We can’t even decide what a man or woman is. And you blame religion as the problem. There’s a clear correlation in the past 100 years. As religious consciousness has reduced, so have basic morals…which atheists refer to as liberty. We are humans and history repeats itself. The true religion of one God will return and you’re seeing the start in front of your very eyes. Even if you kicked out every ethnic ‘Muslim’, your indigenous people will turn to the true religion of one God. It’s inevitable.

Scandinavians are very naive on this issue. from a historical context being nicely tucked away in the very North of Europe they never had much interaction with the Muslim world. us Southern Europeans on the other hand, being in such close proximity to North Africa, had to fight for over 500 years against Islamic aggression

It's so extremely different to be able to travel the world, to obtain education, to have free choice with regards to your life, to live in a country where you're treated as an equal, and CHOOSE to be a mother and a homemaker and find happiness in it. It's fundamentally different from being denied education, denied travelling on your own, and risking prison, rape or even death, if you dare, and being FORCED into motherhood often before you yourself get a chance to fully mature. You guys idealising Islam is such an example of Western post-postmodernism. Just get some grip on reality and facts. Please.

When did we idealise Islam? Both of us think that Islam is a terrible religion and are extremely concerned about it.

I was a muslim who converted to Christianity after I read the Bible and was blessed by The LORD to come to Scandinavia for living. Tell that Swedish brother that only thorugh paryer and fasting can Swedish people stop the threat of Islam. Its a spritual war and the Spirit in us is greater than the spirits in them.
