"Scarcity is a precursor to extinction" according to Darwin 😊. But I don't think there a land block scarcity in Addis. The price is definitely inflated due to factors you've mentioned in the discussion.

Guys, I really enjoyed your last podcast with this guest, but I feel that this episode was filled with unsupported explanations about AI and AGI. I understand that your guest isn't an AI expert, so it's always better to focus on their area of expertise, which is business. I'm not trying to be pessimistic or criticize your guests, but I believe this feedback can provide insight into your audience's expectations. It would be helpful to ask appropriate questions to the right experts. While listening to him talk about AI, I felt like I was hearing ideas similar to those discussed on Lex Fridman's podcast, like the one with Neil Gershenfeld. However, it seemed like he had a misconstrued understanding of the ideas or was presenting them without grasping the underlying assumptions. Having said that, I want to emphasize that you guys are doing an amazing podcast that I'm willing to spend hours listening to.

I'm not sure if Policy makers/government want big businesses, like banks, to fail. In actual fact, they make policies that keep them afloat, whatever the cost. Very common in the west as well.

Even in developed countries it’s an asset.
Housing and inflation are directly correlated.The first thing will go high in value during inflation is real state . And when inflation reduced the housing market will reduce in value and it will be done by reducing interest rate .
And on the top of that there is something called QE ( quantitative easing ) and quantitative tightening. Which plays a Mayne roll .

You're talking about only 1 type of AI. There is another type where you give it some basic predicates in the form of if x then y. Using that as a seed, in its interaction with the world, it derives a new predicate (ie it. Just learned something new) much like a human. Now it adds this new predicate to its base knowledge to produce other new knowledge. Not like the one you're talking about
