Thank you for inviting him, but he didn't share his experience and journey in detail. In most, he explained only what he is doing at the moment.
It would be nice if you could announce your guests before shooting your interviews so your followers and other interested individuals can send questions they want to be answered. I am sure it will enrich your show by making it participatory and engaging for your audience.
That's a great idea Alazer , Thank you for your valuable feedback
@@Meripodcast Thank you. I really enjoy your show and I can imagine the true potential it has to change a lot of people including me therefore I want more out of it and you two :) but rock-on guys.

One thing admire me the most about this show is the Unique and quality guests. Keep it up
I would definitely advice a small startup company to be as narrow and as focused as its possible to be successful.

Bro trying really hard to hide his beginning and financial status.
First question should've been about his personal life. Starting from his childhood, education status, his first failure and win. Thats how we get to know him at first. Watch how joe rogan interviews people. Its Just to let you know. I hope The dude got alot to talk about beside his business and his products.
Yes , I was also thinking about his childhood journey before he made it happen.
Talking about his products is beneficial but it has nothing to do for the audience
It's business not biographies
A serial inventor and entrepreneur! During the intro, when I heard all of his startups, I was asking how could he do all these within a relatively short time? He only has 24 hours per day like everybody. At the end of the interview, I got the answer. Thanks, Meri, for asking that question. I commend the guest for his boldness to pinpoint how a lack of high-performance habits is costly. We don't lack talent. What is missing is high performers like him! Thank you for your courage! It takes courage in our society to risk criticism and highlight the critical role discipline, commitment, and execution play for both individual and corporate success. Hope many youth consider him as a role model...
I just found out your broadcast recently but very enjoyable and a lot of free lessons thank you for your efforts as countrywide great job our mother lands has future for development keep it up guys with fun too I like you guys enjoying the conversation too have a lots of confidence
Just find you today. Wow! Very informative, & educational. Am proud of you. Great job. Kudos to the hosts too.
My two cent suggestion. Plate numbers can easily be stolen. Vin number could be more secure than plate number.
Awesome show! Thank you so much for having Bessufekad as your guest. He is incredibly insightful and I learned so much from the interview. God bless him! My only suggestion is to provide a bit more information about him in the beginning for viewers who may not be familiar with him. By the way, do you happen to know how I can get in touch with him directly? Thanks and cheers!
He is a bit secretive about his past and his personal life.
I agree. And he is vague on almost all the topics he touched.
MERI PODCAST thank you for inviting Besufikad he's legend 👍👍

Sounds like a startup incubation. Hopefully few out of the dozens will succeed.
This man is an innovator but very vague and we didn't relate at all to his struggles. He doesn't dive deep into his challenges
#Respect!....keep going.

Can you guys feature a manufacturing start uo or a agro tech start up thank yiu!

This guy is great!!
wow just nice
1. How do you approach the banks to work together?
that one question could of taught us a lot of things, It's clear that he has got some solid connection.
How he built that was the key to his succces. His super power is "persuasiveness" in the B2B market.
He definitely was going around that question and some others and did not want to answer it.
When He Said "Success Is About Execution" man I feel him.
For sure
Wow Quality of Educationnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!
Great show!
The audio has a very fast attack 'Gate' effect. It makes it a little unreal. ቁርጥ ቁርጥ ይላል ይጨንቃል፤ as a podcast noise ቢኖረውም አይደብርም
ohhh I saw other comments about the sound. I thought it's not that much noticeable. And to add up, it looks like you are well equiped, those Mics are the industry standard for podcast. Just check out the 'Gate' on the audio editing process.
this man is a leged I know him.
Wow am amazed May God bless u

Although the idea of “no excuses” may get you further in life. I doubt anyone wants to live to work. At the very least, I don’t think people should be forced to put work as the one and only priority. People should be able to have a successful career or business without feeling like their soul purpose in life is to work. The new generation stands for balance!
P.s we are taking our vacation days and some….

Wonderful mainly Credit Card Start Up!
For sure
oh its so good but what is name of campany ?
Fix the audio. And you guys should have some kind of semi-standard questions you should ask from the start. It is up to the guest to answer it but you should ask it. Other than that I love your podcast Keep it up!

I know we can learn from today guest But in my believe He don't want to tell as his failure why?? We want to know real failure cuz we can learn from it.
the question you should have asked him was
1. from where he graduated?
2. He didn't talk about his first business in detail
3. His first income
4. How much did he invest in his first startup project
he did't graduate, he cut school and started his own buz
he was a drop out and struggled for 4 years with out any out come before his first success guzogo
and the investment is from a billionare investor
@@noveltechnologies2913 Really? That would have been very nice if he talked about it.
I recently found this show. I’ve been enjoying it so far but the lack of female guests is disheartening.
We understand, episode 34 will be a female and we will have more afterwards.
What is Shemsu? 🤔
Amazing but you have to study about the person rather than reading from your phone
Thank you for your valuable feedback, we will do our best to improve in our future episodes
How to change the dectator government through innovation?
Someone should make a RUclips video with that title 🤣🤣
@ Mengedegnawu Good question !
1:07:34 ??? anyways great interview
Thank you
Let’s give as some details on how to invest
Can we get his contact pls
I would question the diligentness of their work with this mentality. He misses the nuances of the questions and gives a dull meaningless monolog. For instance, he completely missed the point and granularity of Tigabu's question about "what's your/company's signature quality that can't be copied by anyone... that gives your clients/partners confidence..." and nada. Kenean asked, "how do you deal with work-life-balance if not for you for you employees..." nada. One them asked, "what's the process be like when establishing a partnership, contracts,..." no concrete answer, again nada.
The Sound is a little different from the other podcasts, the quality is a little different please make sure to check your equipments beforehand. Thanks
sound not clear
Thank you for your valuable feedback, we will do our best to improve in our future episodes
it's great talk but ...the voice is not good.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, we will do our best to improve in our future episodes
Explaining credit card is a good thing is crime and total bs… weyee sew, chekanew eko 😢😂😂
I have seen almost about 10 shows of your podcast. I found him the most secretive (not transparent) person you have interviewed. Try to audit all of your questions and see what he answered. He redirect the answer to a generic answer which we can find it in a generic book. It doesn't motivate me may be not others too. He keep saying that others are secretive and wants others to be transparent for their ideas to get advice from. We know it is true that to get advise from somebody, you shall not keep your problems hided. However, it is his behavior too much hiding all answers. For example, what is his education background? With how many companies he is working? How many employees he has? How does he mange them? etc. Please tell him, he better get not interviewed with other medias in public unless he has something to offer transparently to public. I have noticed that you tried hard to express your question clearly and politely; however, he always redirect it or answer blurredly. Anyway, i appreciate your effort and you managed to finish it somehow.
He isn't to the point when answering the questions & talks about the something over and over again. I think he is one of those people who doesn't really understand the key success components that made his company successful. Hard work isn't the only factor that make people or companies successful. We were expecting additional perspectives.
Not focused
Here is a lesson for you about commitment: If you have eggs and pork sausage on your breakfast place, who is committed? Is it the chicken or the pig? Go figure

@@Meripodcast Please, please, be sensitive to interview elements that have the potential to put your interviewee in harms way. For example, this man's mention of his ambitious strategies to enable Pan African Economic Integration is fatally dangerous to him and his entire team. Please cut that part immediately, and be very watchful in your future publications. We don't want to lose our geniuses.

There is nothing wrong with having some humor in the conversation.
Tigabu you did a great job trying to get to know him on a personal level it seemed like he was guarded the whole time.
