    Adonan:
    500 gr terigu protein rendah
    2 sdt baking powder double acting hercules
    8 gr ragi instant
    80 gr shortening atau mentega putih
    80 gr gula pasir
    230-240 ml air suhu ruang
    1/2 sdt garam
    isian:
    500 gr Babi kapsim ( bisa ganti ayam)
    3 siung bwg putih cincang
    3 sdm saus hoisin lee kum kee
    3 sdt angkak
    1/2 sdt bubuk ngohiong
    1 sdm minyak wijen
    1 sdm angciu (skip untuk versi halal)
    1 sdt kaldu jamur optional
    1/2 sdt lada putih bubuk
    2/3 sdt garam
    2 sdm gula
    1 sdm minyak sayur
    300 ml air
    1.5 sdt maizena+2 sdm air

    Char Siu Bao | Nael Onion
    Dough:
    500 grams cake flour
    2 tsp baking powder double acting
    8 grams instant yeast
    80 grams shortening
    80 grams sugar
    230-240 ml water room temperature
    1/2 tsp salt
    filling:
    500 grams potk meat (pork shoulder or pork butt)
    3 cloves finely minced garlic
    3 tbsp lee kum kee hoisin sauce
    3 tsp red rice yeast
    1/2 tsp five spice powder
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp cooking rice wine
    1 tsp mushroom bouillon (optional)
    1/2 tsp ground white pepper
    2/3 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    300 ml water
    Mix 1.5 tsp cornstarch+ 2 tbsp water
