Before getting a visa, I can show my minimum income of 3040 euros for 6 months. but after getting the visa, it may stay below 3040 euro for some months, for example, I may not be able to work fully during holidays and the months I am sick. Is there any problem after getting this visa when i want to extend the visa, can the SEF check my income after getting the visa and prevent me from renewing the visa because i have earned less for some months?
When you get a one year lease for d7 visa, can the lease be cancelable, in event not approved for visa? What do people put as start date on lease? You almost need more than 12 months, due to the approval time, move time, etc
Can anyone tell me how it works when moving with a family. As in, can you split the amount needed monthly in income to be earned between both adult. For example £1800 each for instance?

I'm amazed that people don't realise that there is a huge industry built up, based on selling Portugal to people with a house to sell, etc. And nobody seems to ask why so many people are starting RUclips channels to sell Portugal... it's because you can't actually earn decent money in Portugal, the tax is much higher than other countries, and about the only thing you can do, is try to fleece the other idiots who have more money than sense by trying to convince them to move here. Every single one of these "move to Portugal" types are trying to scam money from you.
I can probably count on one hand how many people inquire about looking for work. I’m a member of several groups…everyone is retired or a remote worker…it’s very well known wages are sadly low. Most will pay little or no tax for 10 yrs under NHR and then decide if it’s worth staying.
Yes we are noticing a huge increase in companies jumping on the bandwagon for moving to Portugal. Be we... Expats Portugal... are proud to say we have been around since 2005 way before any new trends. We aren't scamming any money but offering people direction, community and support for their journey.

I don't think so. This visa is specifically for income earned outside of Portugal.
