वृद्धावस्था पेंशन बढा कर 3000 की गई । इसलिये रिटायर्ड किसी भी कर्मचारियो को 4000 से कम न्युनतम पेंशन नहीं मिलना चाहिये । इन बिंदुओं को शामिल कर पुनर्विचार याचिका प्रस्तुत होनी उचित रहेगी ।
Dear Sir I am retired on june 2019 from private organization and get pensin for Rs. 2800/-.Now this amount is increasing. I am very, very happy if it's true. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने EPF पेंशन पर फैसला देकर EPFO और केंद्र सरकार पर एक करारा तमाचा जड़ दिया है और जनहित में अपना फ़ैसला दिया है वैसे भी हमारी केंद्र सरकार लोगों की पेंशन बंद करने पर तुली थी। ये कर्मचारियों की बहुत बड़ी जीत हुई है लेकिन जब तक यह नियम लागू नहीं होता है तो यह काम अभी अधूरा ही माना जाएगा। क्योंकि हमारी केंद्र सरकार चाहे बीजेपी हो या कांग्रेस कोई भी आम इंसान का भला नहीं होने देंगे।🙄🙄🙄

All judicial machinery high courts and supreme courts are providing excellent service and relief to common man in all aspects and we hail Indian judiciary . However these politician's calling them selves as security guard chowkidar who come begging to people at the time of election to get votes and do service to common man poor and middle class do nothing constructive . However I regret to note that these politicians who are supposed to provide service and relief to common man poor employees labour class conveniently forget people and do injustice to us by their careless attitude . only after the intervention of apex courts justice to poor common man is established which shows the careless attitude and failure of the BJP government to provide total protection to common man .if a common man to restore their right has to approach only courts to get justice and get bonafide benefits why we need a elected government like BJP who are not people friendly and understand the problems .?????!!!!! PF thinktank should consider about the utilisation of unclaimed money as far as the cry for upcoming fund shortage is concerned. There is always more incoming of subscription with huge contribution than the allocation of fund for pension . So the concern of fund availability for new pension is an old habit of avoidance .
this rule was before. Private employees contributing a part of their PF deduction to pension fund got a pension after retirement. But yes how will EPFO give the pension on the basis of last salary is not clear. But the increases are staggering. This EPFO pension scheme is also good. If you can plan and contribute a deduction to pension fund then you automatically get both PF and pension at retirement.
I was employed in ITC Bangalore. For 28 years and got retired in 2007 December. My monthly pension is Just ₹ 1500/- per month. For the past four years agitations are going on four Diwali festivals are over now fifth one is started. As per our honorable prime minister Sri Narendra Singh modiji's commitment and other related Netas . But results are zero. Hope as per the recent news from the anchors all the 65 lakh pensioners will be benefited by remitting the hiked pension during November at one strech let all the eligible pensioners hope for the best. As my EPS95 Pension Calculation was entirely done wrong by some A.P.F Officer at Mysore E.P.F.Office soon after my Retirement at 58 yrs on 6-10-2000 on Superannuation.my request for correction of Pension calculation was not done by Phone calls&Post letters&by E mails also , till uniform Pension R:1000.was made as minimum during September 2014..Some details of my service is as follows.(1)Past year service 11 years till 15-11-1995 & my age was 53 years &my Salary was above Rs:2500/p.m on that date &coming under category (c)with maximum Past service pension Rs 500/p.m for 24 yrs Past service&Rs:265/...as the minimum past year service.+Past service benefits as per one chart.&Columns given in EPS 95 Law Books.(2)Acual Pensionable Service from 16-11-1995 to till retirement on Superannuation on 6-10-2000 was 5 years&my Last retire month Salary was Rs:6775/(Basic+DA)since 1-1-1999 onwards.Actual PensionCalculation to be done only by FORMULA calculation...Rs:...X5/70=But EPF Orgn wrongly interpreted 24 years Past+Actual service was required to get Rs:500/Monthly Pension&for reduced years than 24 yrs ,will get only proportional reduced Pension... like a great blunder defenition for Pension calculation they made&completely ignored my 11 years Past year Pension Calculation+Past service Benewfits also as per EPS 95 Pension norms .Even Formula pension Calculation also not done as per FORMULA given by EPS95 Norms&a small amount of Monthly Pension lesser than Minimum Actual service pension Rs :335/p.m was calculated&credited in my Pension account till 30-9-2014.Hence I request the concerned officers in EPF Orgn at New Delhi to do the Pension Calculation correctly as per original EPS95 Pension Calculation&help me to get my deserving arrears in my Pension Account at one Canara Bank at Bangalore as I am an aged &old Senior Citizen also!!!Tnx(acn)17-12-2019

All judicial machinery high courts and supreme courts are providing excellent service and relief to common man in all aspects and we hail Indian judiciary .
However these politician's calling them selves as security guard chowkidar who come begging to people at the time of election to get votes and do service to common man poor and middle class do nothing constructive .
However I regret to note that these politicians who are supposed to provide service and relief to common man poor employees labour class conveniently forget people and do injustice to us by their careless attitude . only after the intervention of apex courts justice to poor common man is established which shows the careless attitude and failure of the BJP government to provide total protection to common man
.if a common man to restore their right
has to approach only courts to get justice and get bonafide benefits why we need a elected government like BJP who are not people friendly and understand the problems .?????!!!!! Why then we need a labour minister or finance minister who cannot understand the problems of poor and

मै सार्वजनिक निगम मे 1982 से रेगुलर कर्मचारि के रूप में काम करने के बाद जून 2018 को 60 साल की उम्र में रिटायर हो गया हूँ l मुझे जून 2016 मे 58 साल पूरा करने के बाद EPFO द्वारा जुलाई 2016 से 2597/- प्रति माह पेंशन मिल रही है लेकिन मुझे अब क्या पेंशन मिलेगी ये नही पता है जबकि मेरे द्वारा फॉर्म भर कर अपने निगम में जमा कर दिया गया है l

Main 35 saal service Kiya jisme 28 sal sarkari/ardh sarkari aur 18 sal private me Kiya . Maine jab bhi service change Kiya PF poora draw Kar liya. 1976 se lekar 2012 Tak Kam Kiya. Meri last salary all inclusive in a Pvt Co with lowest basic pay was more than 1.5 lac.
Whether I am eligible to get pension at least 15000 if I return the money withdrawn from PF.

PF thinktank should consider about the utilisation of unclaimed money as far as the cry for upcoming fund shortage is concerned.
There is always more incoming of subscription with huge contribution than the allocation of fund for pension . So the concern of fund availability for new pension is an old habit of avoidance .

this rule was before. Private employees contributing a part of their PF deduction to pension fund got a pension after retirement. But yes how will EPFO give the pension on the basis of last salary is not clear.
But the increases are staggering. This EPFO pension scheme is also good. If you can plan and contribute a deduction to pension fund then you automatically get both PF and pension at retirement.

I was employed in ITC Bangalore. For 28 years and got retired in 2007 December. My monthly pension is Just ₹ 1500/- per month. For the past four years agitations are going on four Diwali festivals are over now fifth one is started. As per our honorable prime minister Sri Narendra Singh modiji's commitment and other related Netas . But results are zero. Hope as per the recent news from the anchors all the 65 lakh pensioners will be benefited by remitting the hiked pension during November at one strech let all the eligible pensioners hope for the best. In case even this time also becomes a non reality just forget this issue of pension hike for ever.

As my EPS95 Pension Calculation was entirely done wrong by some A.P.F Officer at Mysore E.P.F.Office soon after my Retirement at 58 yrs on 6-10-2000 on Superannuation.my request for correction of Pension calculation was not done by Phone calls&Post letters&by E mails also , till uniform Pension R:1000.was made as minimum during September 2014..Some details of my service is as follows.(1)Past year service 11 years till 15-11-1995 & my age was 53 years &my Salary was above Rs:2500/p.m on that date &coming under category (c)with maximum Past service pension Rs 500/p.m for 24 yrs Past service&Rs:265/...as the minimum past year service.+Past service benefits as per one chart.&Columns given in EPS 95 Law Books.(2)Acual Pensionable Service from 16-11-1995 to till retirement on Superannuation on 6-10-2000 was 5 years&my Last retire month Salary was Rs:6775/(Basic+DA)since 1-1-1999 onwards.Actual PensionCalculation to be done only by FORMULA calculation...Rs:...X5/70=But EPF Orgn wrongly interpreted 24 years Past+Actual service was required to get Rs:500/Monthly Pension&for reduced years than 24 yrs ,will get only proportional reduced Pension... like a great blunder defenition for Pension calculation they made&completely ignored my 11 years Past year Pension Calculation+Past service Benewfits also as per EPS 95 Pension norms .Even Formula pension Calculation also not done as per FORMULA given by EPS95 Norms&a small amount of Monthly Pension lesser than Minimum Actual service pension Rs :335/p.m was calculated&credited in my Pension account till 30-9-2014.Hence I request the concerned officers in EPF Orgn at New Delhi to do the Pension Calculation correctly as per original EPS95 Pension Calculation&help me to get my deserving arrears in my Pension Account at one Canara Bank at Bangalore as I am an aged &old Senior Citizen also!!!Tnx(acn)17-12-2019
Even after 21 months no reply is seen from EPFO or from any other Pension calculating agencies who are acting as supporters of poor EPS 95 Pensioners./Kindly go thru real facts of poor&actual EPS95 Pensioners&try to help them by solving their wrong Pension calculation by different Regional or Sub Regional P.F Orgn Offices in India&&get them arrears of Pension differences from date of retirement onwards to at least till 30-9-2014 when minimum Pension one K...was declared by Govt of India!!!...Tnx (acn)23-9-2021.

PSU ke adhiktar employees ka full salary ka 8.33% already kata huuwa hai aur unhe Pension bahut hi reduce rate par milata hai like Es 1000 or 1500 only. please ask the experts on this question also. thanks
