@@nitishjhugroo3162 i think maxing out a level is to be 100% sure to beat the tower. I think that with everyone at job level 85-90 and charachter level 99 (which is automatically reached while grinding for job level) is possible to beat the tower too. The basic tactic is the same just be sure to have everyone with a self-aid skill (cocktail for male charachters and magic voice for females) just in case.
I'm just gonna say thank you for making this guide cause I really didn't want to do a long grind to max out all my jobs like I love this game so much it's my favorite Yakuza game but I don't really have the will to max out every job like everyone is saying

Update: got the plat last night. Can confirm that you only need to max out one job, then get a few others up to 30 and stock up on healing items. You mostly just need 1800+ health on Ichiban. Weird tidbitL the first fight against the slugger and dr. is maybe one of the hardest, so don't get discouraged if you one hit KO'd on this fight but still have the recommended stats. Good luck to other platinum hunters!
@@DarthAndre24 I kinda did the same as 0:50, max out Hero, then grind out maybe foreman until you have enough HP. Another tip: stock up on every common healing and MP item that you can get, and try to purchase as many of the best healing items you can. Use the cheaper items between battles to save the best healing items to use in a pinch.

@@DarthAndre24 I personally used host with Joon Gi (just like at 1:20) since the final essence attack and healing ability are still useful. Also throw the MP regen item on him since his speed is so high with this build that he basically gets an extra turn every loop.
I'm still at chapter 13 but I have noticed that the achievements besides maybe this one are extremely easily attainable by just mixing up side content while doing main quest. It also helps that I essentially beat the management minigame within a chapter or two that it became available so I was always loaded, and if I ran out of money (like investing in the workshop oof) I would just spam three or so shareholder meetings while watching a vid on youtube or something and I'm back to 9-10 mil, ironically the weapon prices do get pretty absurd later on so it makes sense why the management minigame is such easy money. Anyways, I'm rambling but I like the 20/80 rule here as far as "minmaxing" I think reaching rank 30 on every single job for all characters and then choosing one job for everyone and hitting 95+ on that seems reasonable, you get some nice stats for going from 35 to 99 but still not that absurd amount that it would be worth levelling at most two jobs to 99, maybe completementary ones who's stats help the most with your "main" job? Also doesn't the game imply that women get far less stats if you hit 99 on all jobs (lowkey sexist lmao) since they have like two-three less job options than the dudes? Also Ichiban has Freelancer and Hero so he also gets two more jobs if you decide to 99 everything.
It really comes down to random factor. The higher the stats the less likely you are to get K.O.ed in a bad random sequence. Some timesIchiban can get hit 3 - 4 times in a row before he gets a turn and its game over. With high stats this is less likely to happen. Farming more then one job to 99 is overkill, just make sure you have peerless resolve up as much as possible. And have sacrifice stone equipped on Ichiban. There are enough in game that it should not be problem for single run. I would just make sure all the characters (male) have access to all 3 elemental damage spells to keep things running. And don't forget the pound mates, they can do serious damage and even at 1 mil per pop you will have money to throw away. Ichi should have 1800+ HP, and the rest above 1400 and you good to go if you play smart. If you can parry well It is doable with less, but to be honest it gets annoying reviving all the time.
it honestly is fun if your characters can take a hit and survive but it can be very annoying since you can just die to complete bs if you're not careful and restart the whole thing from the beginning even though it takes like an hour to complete. But good thing is that the first 2 enemy groups are pretty much the hardest except for the final boss.
@@stevem9628 depends on your level, my people are lvl 65 and the enemies are on the same level inside, the mini bosses are about lvl 70-80. i fought all of them but than at the amon boss door i escaped because i didnt know how hard he his. i think if you play this dungeon with lvl 60-70 characters its easier maybe.
You sure it was the True Millenium Tower, where every goon is level 99 and hits for +800dmg, and not the regular Millenium Tower? You have to enter from the back of the tower to do the True version.

Okay I'm gonna copy your party and what you leveled up(its gonna take a lot grinding) My party is usually Ichiban(Hero), Adachi(cop), Sa-chan(Idol) and Han(hitman) Adachi is my best host but I give that job to Han. Zhao I never really used but his gangster is at level 30. Ichiban is level 30 hero same with Sa-chan with Idol job. I like Namba but his health is very small and the only time I us Eri-chan is against Kiryu so I have two girls healing.
Yeah just finished this and you really only need one job at 99. Maybe the others to level 30 just for the extra skills and small boosts It really was nowhere near as hard as it's made out to be

Boosting stats is just STUPID in this game well you got only 3 options 1) just lvl up your char 2) level up all jobs each job gives you ONLY (for example) +60 atack and 60speed. FOR LEVELING THEM TO MAX 99 this is stuuuuupid ! 10-15 hours to lvl up ONE JOB ! Even whit exp boosters ! 3) do a sotenbori runs for stat boosters each run you get min 2 max 8 boosters yes they help allot each one gives you +5 of something but anyway all of this is just a waist of time 😪i did 100% in Yakuza Kiwami 2 and Yakuza 6 but this last trophy is just stupid

All my chars were maxed on their levels and primary jobs but it was still very hard. However, recently I played it all again on PS5 and I couldnt get close to completing the tower without levelling multiple jobs to at least lvl 30 to pick up the stat bonuses. Either the PS5 version is harder than the PS4 version (I have seen other claims online to this effect), or some patch has dropped recently increasing the difficulty from what it was two years ago. Very odd!
My issue is what is the main issue of death? Low def? Whenever I run kamruocho dungeons I lose XP when that MF vagabond escapes. HE WAS TRAPPED AND CORNERED AND STILL SOMEHOW ESCAPED
2 month old comment but it might help someone out, you should be using either Hans Rapid Fire skill or the Girls Honor Bullets they get from Matriarch job to quickly kill the vagabonds.
I have a little usefull tip for leveling. Doing Arena you can level up jobs super fast. I never grinded any of the dungeons on repeat. I just spammed arena, it is the fastest and most efficient method.
I've been lazily running komoruchoro dungeons 2f 4 invested vagabonds for the weekend, I get a job up to lvl 30 in less than an hour with no xp boost items. So far I have every job for everyone at 30, and all characters at lvl 99. Doing that in the arena would have not only taken much longer, but would have been much harder of fights. You can also pickup all of the high level crafting materials you get in the arena in that dungeon as well. I only have kasugas freelancer job left to level up to 30, and while I'm doing that I'll be leveling everyone else's main jobs as well, saeko is already in her 50-60's in idol. I beat the game in my mid 60s with jobs in their mid to late 20s.
How did you get everyone’s max health so high? I’m 2/3 of the way to hitting all of these levels and most only have about half the health you’re showing. Is there a trick I’m not aware of?
@@quesocoatl21 it has been patched. You need to equip the bindings and level up enforcer/foreman/devil rocker(dlc) for health boosts. After beating the tower a couple of times, you'd have enough money to buy these hp stat boosters for one character from the black market
If you skip the orbital laser cutscene and press block just as your about to go from the cutscene to the gameplay you'll get a perfect block and you should live, this or use Peerless resolve on ichiban

And mainly go for the homeless guy, and if u have Joon Gi Han it's easy because he has rapid shot and u can deplete most of his health with that skill and once you've taken care of the homeless guy and win the battle itll give roughly around 400,000 exp.
I did this tower just now without everybody's job lvl being 99 and it was easy....no issues or any close calls but the game design decided to not give me the a cheivment and just warped me to beginning of a Cafe saying "nice job on tower".
People complaining about the grind have never played a JRPG? First time? LoL. Final Fantasy? Persona? Dont even have to max it in this game and theyre complaining. Gamers nowadays are BAD. Stick to Fortnite, Call of Duty or GTA you PoS. Some dumb game with minimal thinking skill.
bro nobody wants to kill the exact same vagabond in the exact same dungeon over and over again for days tho i understand that this is a completely optional dungeon and it is supposed to be the ultimate challenge but its just a stupid grindfest amons were always unfair hard and annoying as hell but at the end of the day you werent forced to waste dozens of hours grinding up numbers to challenge them jrpg is not an excuse for grind, its just lazy shit game design and a dungeon with little to no thought put into it there are absolutely many other ways to make challenging and interesting bosses/dungeons in a turn based jrpg besides just bumping everything to level 99
I love Persona 5 and got the platinum of it, have nothing against some grind but dude, killing the same vagabond in the same dungeon for like 15-20 hours is not about skills, it's just annoying.

If your characters have ice weapons, then you don't need to get the host skill. Fulmilating forecast is necessary for a least three players.

What if I grind all jobs to max. Do I keep the bonus attributes like more Defense and attack? Or is it gone when I change the job? Is it very hard?

You can grind The Battle arena multiple times
If you beat the "True" Millenium Tower with that, you got lucky. Also, we only have your word for it you cleared the tower on hard mode.

Sorry but its not . I tested it on 26-30 arena even normal Millennium tower is useless compared to the dungeons 4 bums

If you skip the orbital laser cutscene and press block just as your about to go from the cutscene to the gameplay you'll get a perfect block and you should live, this or use Peerless resolve on ichiban

I think you get it automatically during the mani story as a granted drop from a boss. I might be wrong tho but im almost sure is not for sidequest
I have two of them, one I don't remember how I got, one you get as a reward when you kill all the sujimon
I got one of them from discovering 200 enemies
This is why i hate most jrpg type to much grinding is not that fun for me i played the witcher 3 completing all the point of interest is more than enough to be max but in this game its such a slug fest fighting the same shit for 20hr or more is not fun lol thank for the guide

And mainly go for the homeless guy, and if u have Joon Gi Han it's easy because he has rapid shot and u can deplete most of his health with that skill and once you've taken care of the homeless guy and win the battle itll give roughly around 400,000 exp.

I did this tower just now without everybody's job lvl being 99 and it was easy....no issues or any close calls but the game design decided to not give me the a cheivment and just warped me to beginning of a Cafe saying "nice job on tower".
you probably finished the Final Millennium Tower but not the True Final Millennium Tower that's why you didn't unlock the achievement

amons were always unfair hard and annoying as hell but at the end of the day you werent forced to waste dozens of hours grinding up numbers to challenge them
jrpg is not an excuse for grind, its just lazy shit game design and a dungeon with little to no thought put into it
there are absolutely many other ways to make challenging and interesting bosses/dungeons in a turn based jrpg besides just bumping everything to level 99

I love Persona 5 and got the platinum of it, have nothing against some grind but dude, killing the same vagabond in the same dungeon for like 15-20 hours is not about skills, it's just annoying.
Honestly, I did this on the Japanese version at around level 80 or 85...it wasn't that hard from memory.

If I learned anything from persona 5 is that people can be lvl 99 but you can beat the whole game at level 89. Jrpgs make people want to min max everything… makes for more game time but it’s not fun so fck that. I got platinum in persona 5 and only played it once. Fck being a weeb.
