It doesn´t help to fix the inconsistencies of the deck. We still lack starters and extenders that can be searched by the archetype, not another unsercheable card that may help sometimes but it just going to brick your hand since you can only use it in 5 monsters on the main deck. Still waiting for direct support, Konami.
I feel like you can consider Duality as a “Fusion” card in a Cyber Dragon deck (CyDra -> Rampage, Fortress -> Twin). With that being said, playing 3 copies in addition to the usual fusion techs (e.g. Power Bond, Overload/Cyberload Fusion, Chimera, etc.) is a massive brick potential. Some cuts might have to be made to give this deck more consistency. P.S. I play Yacine’s CyDra OTK decklist with 3 Duality, 1 Cyberload, and 2 Machine Duplication. Pretty decent and good fun for a casual player.
I was looking for a use to this. TBH I have like 3 other videos about this open in my browser but didn't watch them yet... xD BUT I saw a interesting video with the new future fusion card using cyber dragons not cyber dark and gatling gun dragon. Maybe we should take a look at that again to check for it's potential. ;)
Rampage effect doesn‘t work cause this is not a fusion summon. If it would be a fusion summon with duality the effect would work, there is no chain to resolve or to start. He gets summoned, duality‘s effect is resolved, then rampage could be activated.
I really don't like Duality at all in CyDra. It's a situational win more card. Maybe I'll try it at 1 as a tech. It's not searchable. An interesting play you can make is to go into accel synchron and open up synchro plays in CyDra. Get that Baronne on board. Too bad Formula Synchron is a light and not a dark. Would've been a great way to get rid of a negated Core. The most fun I've recently had was to use Super Poly on my opponent's turn while Clockwork Night is on the board to fuse all their monsters away for a Chimeratech Overdragon. The destruction of Clockwork Night is unfortunate, but it's so great to just get rid of my opponent's monsters like that. The thing I mention this, is that you could technically use this card on an Overdragon to get a negate on board with Invoked Mechaba. The Mechaba is not a completely dead card already, because it can be summoned through Nova if it gets put in the graveyard thanks to your opponent.
Ah it is perfect at 2 Easy access to rampage can enable plays using it to toss herz or carnot into the grave and to set up grave for e.g. eosvarog. With cyberdark chimera and chimeratech fusions you got your dark monsters to use the draw card effect. You can also jump from megafleet (10 star) into cyber eternity and already have a fusion then in your gy to make eternities effect live
@@DrQuatsch oh yeah sorry my bad. Overdragon is just out of my head. The effect is too bad. But I try super poly going into eternity. It can only suck up only two opponent monsters but is defensive wise of course much better and works with a cyber dragon monster instead of it having to be a cyber dragon So even effect negated cores, herz, nächster, sieger or even nova and infinity work.
Duality in Cyber Dragons it's basically another quick play fusion card.........without actually fusing anything.........so you can play Rampage,Twin Dragon or Cyber end way faster......but idk 2 copy of it it's enough......I only play one.....
This is the exact deck I made! Except I replaced 1 powerbond with cyberload fusion Incase I'm playing against banish deck. Got rid of the galaxy soldier
I've been testing a Cyber dragon deck that also uses the ABC cards to help not only prevent them from being destroyed by battle but also to ensure that they are also be unaffected by card effects or from side effects from certain cards like limiter removal depending on which one they are equipped to also so they can serve as fuel for my Cyber Eliten as a last resort but also setting up for a decent fusion
I use it in 2 ways 1 ss Fortres atk with him or not then use it as tribut for duality to ss Cyber Twen Dragon. 2 ss Galaxy Soldier let say it gets Effect Vailar I use it to ss Rampage with duality..... I only use 1 I try to use wird strategies like super poly and Synchron but till now beside Cristal Wings the lvl 7 I don't have a decent stand alone monster
@nostalgicnighthawk not as much as I originally thought......it's OK a pain tho since u have to sacrifice a hand trap to ss him but another negate on board the lvl 8 would be better but the lvl7 it's OK I guess if u play again monster effect decks and Starving Venom's good if u play super poly helps against Borelsword and any dark boss monsters
@@nostalgicnighthawk so for what the deck has become consistently (OTK with lite control elements) the draw engine was what it needed the most. After this an in archetype replacement for galaxy soldiers? Honestly after all that your looking at a full reworking of the whole archetype.
@@OutlawXwolf as more people test out some variations of the deck we will see some better deck lists with the card! You are right tho, just throwing duality into a normal cyber dragon deck might not show off the true potential and impact of the card in the deck.
Has anyone thought of weaker extra deck monsters that duality can swich lower level cybers for? Im just curious if theres an interesting combo no one's thought of yet involving an overpowered level 1-4 level dark machine extra deck monster.
@@JumpRope.Master ooo i will take a look wait this card is just like fusion deployment but doesnt lock you into fusions. Don't forget Clockwork Night also boosts machine attack by 500, so that's 3.500 for Fortress and 3.300 x 2 for Twin
IM DUMB your righttttt! I remembered fortress + twin was over 8000 but then i was doing my addition and was like HMMM. I forgot clockwork!
4:57 You don't get the effect of Rampage, because Duality special summons and Rampage needs to be fusion summoned to use the 1st effect
i guess 2 reasons why it doesnt work!

I concur! Good card but doesnt really help the main issue of the deck.
I like the fact it can recycle Infinity in a pinch. Can also make a Megafleet and go into Cyber End if End can close the game out for you
I really hope that new support for this deck will come in this year
i DOUBT it but I hope as well.
Bro I JUST got to use it in YGO Omega against Kapetan, it's so good! Especially getting a draw!
YGO omega is the new Meta, its better than MD
