Good idea! I have another one. Have you ever seen the videos where the girl gets her guy friend to do her voiceover? Claire should get her editors to do her voiceover for one of her golf outings. Also because it would be funny to see her talk with their voices coming out of her mouth 🤣

I died when the editor was like it's about 10 give or take 20 30 ft it's breaking some way or something lol he knows how to read them putts for sure.
the format worked well - I like the fact that they both had 2 shots from where the best shot landed, and you still won :p

Nerves? Here's some good advice on nerves: use them; don't let them make you erratic. Just tell yourself, there's something I must do & I'm using that nervous energy to focus on task & execute enough. So, as a pilot, I learned to use nervous energy to make me better. Oh, if I'm nervous, I don't go for great, I go for the smartest, acceptable standard.
i love that. great advice. :) i had an extreme energy drink a few holes before so i was all jittery from that haha. but i totally agree, use the nerves to your advantage and focus in on the task at hand. 👏🏼

I once challenged my friend and his two buddies to a scramble match. They hit three bad drives, three poor approach shots, a terrible chip, a bad chip, and a sorta okay chip. Left them with three chances to make a 7 footer for par. It was at that moment I realized I was in serious trouble-without hitting a single "good" shot they were going to tie me with a par.

I find Claire's channel significantly more entertaining than Rick's. Rick is struggling with his game and it makes his videos hard to watch. If I want to watch people take 4 shots to get up and down from 75 yards out, I can see that at the muni course a mile down the road. Plus Rick stopped doing serious review videos and now gives us his take on new clubs without really showing us much in the way of performance data via GC Quad.
Claire has legitimate golf talent.
@@trippgoldsberry2694 Dude what happened to Shiels' game? hes completely lost it. A nine on a par 3 with two shanks in the row? Thats stuff I pull and I'm an eight handicap. Pretty sure I could give him a battle for 18 holes now when two years that was impossible
@@rondo9517 I saw that video right after I made my comment and I thought "well, I couldn't prove my point any clearer than that video title." I'm pretty sure that his current problem could be solved by shallowing his swing-It's harder to make consistent contact with a steep angle of attack, and the problem gets worse as your clubs get shorter because your swing arc gets shorter and steeper. So if too steep at impact is your problem, the problem is worse with a wedge than with a six iron. And problems with wedges seems to be his thing-though I think it's created a lack of confidence that has spread to other parts of his game.
So nice of the guys to let Claire win ;-)
