3:08 'Q' refers to lifeline's skill, which provides a healing drone that regenerates players' HP over a short period of time.
3:35 'Beginners' server' refers to the servers that you're placed in when you've just started playing Apex. This allows for new players to play with people who better match their skill level, instead of the regular servers where stronger players will be playing in.

Stray thought, I really want some high level Apex players to determine what level Lauren is at in Apex. If he was predator Pre-season 3, it's very different now. But also, his movement is very good. And his game sense has to be good across so many games.
